The room was clean the bed was clean The floor needs to be changed and the smell of sewage was irritating. The staff could not speak English .

Nice hotel. Clean. Rooms are a decent size. Staff wasn’t too friendly though and the food at the restaurant wasn’t so good. But good for a quick in and out kind of stay.

Not good hotel. Far away. Less amenities. Will not suggest for living as far from city and very old hotel.

We stayed two nights in this place. Its quite easy to get in and get out from the place. For the price was expecting more clean room as the room was a bit dusty, but manageable.

I would actually rate this hotel six stars. The concierge people consistently friendly and professional. The rooms especially the bath rooms are very clean. And also ways enough bottled water to drink. If they see you consistently drinking water they will also give additional bottles. It is just super. Keep it up Hilton GZ

Just okay, location good but in general staff is not very helpful.

This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed. A/C was not working and receptionist suggested me to open window but window is opening very limited. Couldn’t sleep due to hot temperature and also noise of the cars. Also funny thing is there is only 2 waters supplied in per day. Also cleaning was worst i’ve ever stayed hilton hotels worldwide. Not recommend to stay this hotel.

I greatly appreciate the front desk ladies Ms Yinha Huang and xiao huang for their help. They were excellent in helping with my booking and upgrade to the suite floor.

Just ok hotel. Name of Hilton but not any star class. Wash basin sink choked up. Nobody picks up call .have to call several times.

The staff are nice and helpful. A separate kid’s pack is provided for my son, he loves it much. However, the location is not too convenient, which is quite far away from the station. Also, the hygiene is fair, some hairs are found on the bed, as well as some dirt and mold around the wash basin. Overall, it’s still okay for a budget hotel.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful in everything that we needed. Specially Ms. Huga who helped us search for a lost jacket and arrange taxis, and including the front desk people. It’s at the city centre and accessible to many tourist and business places. Hope to visit it again.

It was a great experience overall, clean and friendly staff, and location is fantastic for reaching key places in Guangzhou for shopping, sightseeing etc. Also wanted to highlight especially Sophia Guo, who was very hospitable with great attitude and made our stay an enjoyable one.
