Ulasan Together Venue Fawn Hostel Suzhou

I recently stayed at this hostel, and it was an absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. I booked a room with 3 beds so that I could stay with my friends, but when I arrived, they told me it was my fault that my friends weren’t in the room with me. They gave them the room I had booked, which had a garden view, and I was left alone in a different room with no explanation. When I went to the front desk to address the situation and find a solution, the staff was completely unhelpful and just kept blaming me. They refused to apologize or offer any kind of resolution. On top of that, the room was not clean, and the toilets and showers were in awful condition. There was no attention to cleanliness whatsoever. To make matters worse, they didn’t provide any slippers, which is pretty standard in most hostels. We even had to make our own beds, which, after a long day of travel, is the last thing anyone wants to do. If you're going to make guests do that, just raise the price and provide better service. The only positive thing I can say about this place is its location—it’s truly amazing. But honestly, that’s not enough to make up for the terrible service, lack of cleanliness, and poor overall experience. I will definitely never be booking with them again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The location is great, right in the city center and not even 1 minute away from the closest metro station. The staff are very friendly and helpful, though they don't speak English, they will try to communicate either by understanding your (my) poor Chinese skills or by using a translation app. The facilities are clean and new, and the laundry machines work perfectly (and are really cheap). Definitely would recommend :)

Hostel staff tried their best to assist travellers, but limited in options. Cleaning was terrible - no soap for the toilets (after using your own toilet paper as none provided). Only 2 working toilets and 4 showers for a wing of at least 30 guests. No elevator, needed to climb 3 flights of stairs as only a few rooms on ground floor. Need to pay for any of the amenities including water.

Nice area to go anywhere. Subway is just 2 minutes from hotel. Cleaning is good. Safety system is working 24 hours . Staying cost is no burden than 3 star graded hotel

On the good side it is located 50m from the metro station, and the area around the hotel is the best to stay in Suzhou, most of the attractions are within walking distance. The room also have flat screen tv and double bed for a very cheap price. On the bad side the bathrooms and toilets were not cleaned often enough, and the room was not that clean, although it was still passable. But overall a solid option to stay in Suzhou, for the location the price is very attractive.

The only good thing is its location, right on the metro exit, 1 station away from Suzhou Railway Station. The facility is old and not clean basic stay for cheap price

Bed room is clean. Unfortunately bathroom is so dirty. Some user left ”it” on toilet bowl. Staffs clean up the bathroom several time in a day but it cannot keep up with the demand. Staffs are kind and helpful. Location is very good.

It is good for solo travels with best location and it is located side of metro which is best for traveling and the view is stunning form front of hotel

Accept foreigners. Location is the best point. But need to make the bed yourself, the equipment is in good condition but the cleaness needs to be more concerned.

Not recommend to stay at this hostel, concerning about cleanliness. It is located at subway Beisita, wrong location on map.

One of the best location. Literally a stone throw away from subway Station. Walkable to scenic area such as Suzhou Museum and the Humble Administrator's Garden is a Chinese garden in Suzhou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

This is nightmare prepare your own bed is ok but they have bed bug and I wake up with sting anywhere my skin is expose and painful too The only good thing is the location near beisita metro station

It should be more clean and overall good
