The staff was very friendly, and the room was cozy and comfortable. The hotel's location is also ideal, with several popular travel destinations within a 10-15 minute walk. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel is quite close to平江路which is a nice attraction. Need to walk around 10 minutes to the nearest mrt station. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Will consider to book again next time.

The room was excellent. Lots of space. Friendly front desk. Bedding was excellent, feels like home. Washing machine, laundry detergent n dryer available. Having any issue with China phone number or others can get help from front desk which is very helpful for foreigner. Easy to get around, highly recommended.

Wonderful stay at Sanpin hotel. The rooms are very clean, spacious and well-equipped. The staff makes you feel as if you were at home, they are very helpful and friendly, especially Jasmine and Miss Nana! The hotel is well situated, close to the major city attractions. It was real pleasure to stay in this hotel and we will definitely stay here again when we come back to Suzhou.

We are a small group of family traveler from Singapore. The front desk staff provided outstanding service, demonstrating attentiveness, care, and a friendly demeanor. Upon discovering our booking error on the wrong date of the arrival. They promptly assisted us in obtaining a refund and even helped us secure a suitable room for our family at a reasonable price. We sincerely appreciated for the acceptional service level rendered, help us having a pleasant holidays trip at Suzhou China. Keep up with the good work and thank you very much.

The location is very strategic. Walkable distance to 观前街 ，平江街，and some others tourist spot. The service is very good, the people here are friendly and kind. Cleanliness wise quite satisfied as well. The amenities are good, they even have robot help to deliver the food to your room. The only downside is that the drying machine is not well functioning, but they do have space for you to hang dry your clothes. Overall quite good experience. Good choice to stay at Suzhou.
