It was nice stay and the location also is perfect, rooms are super clean and enjoyed staying in this hotel

first time I went to this place, the breakfast was good, the service ok, and I particularly appreciate the view from my window, and the fitness room. So I definitely recommend this hotel if you search a nice place, very quiet to have a rest or to exercice your body.

Great value, gym was excellent for a hotel. Pet squad racks, free weights, over 12 machine, machines, freeway, barbell, bench press, leg press, and over overlooked the street well

Everything was great. The view of the lake from the room was even better than we were expecting.

The place is really nice, I like the apartment nature of it. The service is desk is very helpful and friendly. There are lots of amenities- I really appreciated the washing machine and being able to steam my clothes. The gym- is a bit inconvenient as it is in the other hotel- one has to take an elevator, then walk to find it. The cleaning service is good but we ran out of shower gel and it wasn’t replaced, also, the room wasn’t swept. The bed was made as well as towels replaced. The coffee shop downstairs is very good (they can speak English- well one of the ladies can. Overall, we had a good experience.

幾個月前在攜程上預訂了套房一間，因為8月10日在蘇州大劇院看演出，想看好戲後在東太湖度假區住一晚。酒店房間非常乾淨舒適。公寓酒店裡有冰箱、洗衣機、電磁爐等家電設備。酒店旁邊就是美食中心和湖畔步道。步行二十幾分鍾還有尚賽帆船俱樂部等水上運動場所。可惜因時間和行程原因，未能去體驗。

酒店地理位置很好，各崗位員工的服務細緻周到熱情，賓至如歸。房間佈局合理，衞生整潔，配置有鍋碗瓢盆，電磁爐，冰箱，微波爐和洗衣機，主卧正對大劇院/網紅橋，觀賞噴泉視野很好，次卧和客廳可以看到帆船碼頭。中西式早餐，搭配合理。蘇州灣度假首選。

必須給個五星好評！這次入住體驗遠超預期，從辦理入住到房間設施都挑不出毛病。前台服務員薇薇和香香熱情又高效，房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，各類設備也全都好用。 另外，38樓雲端下午茶體驗特別好，服務經理態度熱情，自助晚餐的性價比更是超高！整體住得非常舒心，下次來還選這裏！

酒店整體體驗超棒！房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，躺下就不想起來，隔音效果也很好，晚上安安靜靜的，睡了個好覺。前台服務熱情周到，有求必應，地理位置也方便，最主要是對面湖景特別好看，房間佈置得很温馨，細節處看得出來很用心，浴室熱水充足，水壓舒服，早餐種類豐富味道也好。住得太舒服了，感覺像在自己家一樣放鬆，服務人員態度都特別好，主動幫忙提行李、介紹周邊，入住和退房都很高效。住得舒心又省心，強烈推薦！
