That’s an amazing location!! 0 mins to get to Surfers Paradise Shopping street and next to the beach. There’s a supermarket on the basement. It’s comfortable to stay in the room too. Good for family.

Location is amazing, can catch 777 line at airport door and then tram and stop at the front of the hotel, shops, restaurants and nightlife all there, pool heated all good! Had a really good time!

Convenient location directly connected to shopping mall with a supermarket at the basement and direct link via the shopping mall to the beach. Hotel is a bit worn out but still serviceable, only problems are lights are not bright enough and there is only rain shower and no shower head for the bathroom.

Room ia a bit small for 2 double beds.bathroom neess improvemen5. Water leaks during shower. Location is great and view is awesome.mear to great restaurants and beach.

I have stayed at Novotel Surfers Paradise numerous times. I love the location most of all - Located directly above the Oasis Shopping Centre and less than 200m to the beach. My room today had amazing sea views. Car Parking is also really good as Novotel shares the shopping centres car park, I usally hate paying for parking how ever I feel its a fair price at $22 per day, unlimited entries in and out and its valid until midnight on the day you depart. The room is clean and a good size, the breakfast is one of the best hotel bueffet breakfasts I have had, I have traveled to many countries around the world - and Novotel's breakfast get my #1 vote. My only issue I have with Novotel Surfers Paradise is the time to check in - it can be absolutely terrible the wait times are often unacceptable, I made a comment in the lift just this morning about this, all the other guests agreed - its just too slow. This seems to be an ongoing problem as I have enountered it before - so i dont know what the problem is but I feel I'm not the only one that has this issue. Overall I still love Novotel Surfers Paradise, Trip.Com always seem to have the best price around by far making it a very good option for Surfer Paradise.

The elevators were too slow .  It was stopping at almost every floor going down  The bell boys in attendance for Dec 6 & 7 were very accommodating , helpful & respectful . I liked the cleanliness of our room but near the elevator on the 23rd floor , the vacuum cleaner was right outside the elevator (on both mornings)) for almost the whole morning which was a bit unsightly because the wire was spread all over .

This location is amazing n very easy n comfy to go everywhere around Goldcoast xz

Location is very very good. Near all the shops, restaurant, beach, train and other activities. Recommend for family with little kids. Very convenience.
