Didn't use in the end as it was too far out, so not sure what to really say here

It was not the best the room was clean the space out side the lifts was not breakfast was not included. No egg or orange juice poster was knackered. But it was ok wents stay again

Hallway was unclean and needed hovering. Plug point by table in bedroom didn't have a good connection and there was a lamp missing in one of the side lights. We reported this to reception and was advised that tge hotel was undergoing refurbishment.

アメニティなし、最寄駅の電車はストライキで動かなくなると結構へんぴなところでした。
5日間とまりクリーニングをいったのにもかかわらず1度もタオルも交換なしクリーニングなし、水場のソープは交換なしと酷かったです。

I had a very good experience from this trip. Jo on reception a ray of sunshine on a very wet cold day. The hotel is in a great location to travel into London. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was delicious. Parking was free which is very unusual and the train and bus services are within walking distance. I would strongly recommend this hotel. Thank you Jo for making my stay so pleasant
