Good hotel attached with mall, swimming pool and gym is great

Rooms very large (if just a little bit worn out). Good service, convenient location: near a mini-mall with clothing stores and food supermarket, and there is an IT mall with GREAT food court just on the opposite side of the road.

Strategic location at the heart of surabaya city, just need walk to Delta Plaza and WTC, Room is spacious even a little bit old

ADA PEROSOTAN +JUNGKAT JUNGKIT ITU BERKARAT SEMUA DAN TIDAK DIGANTI RUSAK SEMUA TIDAK BISA DIPAKAI PADAHAL DI APK BAGUS WKWKKWKK. KOLAM RENANG TERPISAH DARI HOTEL ,MAINAN ANAK KURANG DIPERHATIKAN .. SARAN SAJA JIKA MAINAN ANAK ZONA KIDS DI MASUKKAN KE DALAM HOTEL MUNGKIN LEBIH BAGUS..

Very large, clean rooms. Prime location near to main shopping street. Outstanding value for money.

Hotel is not clean all dirty and different from photo as we see in app! But I asked for new room and they change for me.

The room is quite good, service so so, only stay for one night. Will gome again to Surabaya.

[Booked 3 nights, stayed one night and left] Dissatisfaction: 1. After check-in, room was not well prepared. No bath towels were ready. 2. Shower head was extremely unacceptable, it was like used for 20 years. The outcome of the water was TOTALLY unable to take a shower. (Changed a new one after complaint) 3. Shower water pressure is small and no hot water (lukewarm only). CANNOT do a proper shower in any way. 4. Booked 3 nights, after the first night, room card was disabled the second day. 5. After room clean up service: i) living room garbage bin was not emptied (the bin was visibily full). ii) toilet paper was changed with a roll with literally 20 pieces. Not even enough for one/two time using. 6. Called room service for toilet paper, no one came for 20 mins. 7. Stayed one night, checked out the second day around 20:00. Asked for only 1 night refund - DENIED 8. Drinking water: no bottled water provided, but you can refill water from their 30 years old water dispenser at the hallway. Satisfaction: 1. Front desk staff is polite and helpful. 2. Room is spacious enough. 3. Location not bad, next to a mall. 4. Technical team actions fast. Sum-up: avoid booking this hotel if you have a choice.

Ok stay close to the exhibition area. Good sleeping comfort. Mostly Local breakfast, should be more International choice.

Old hotels, but very good services and spacious room

Nice old hotel… many people especially surabaya nitizens said this hotel bit creepy because it used to be a hospital building in past of indonesia independece era but for me the surabaya suites hotel is not creepy at all, so many lights all around the corner and hall of the hotel so u can’t feel something strange… but my correction for this hotel they dont provide bathrobe, and the breakfast they not refill if the menu is empty, it takes an extra time to get menu breakfast refill 🥲
