Ulasan Novotel Okinawa Naha

Lokasinya sangat bagus, di tengah gunung, menghadap kota Naha. Dalam jarak berjalan kaki dari Jalan Kokusai dan DFS. Tenang dan kedap suara. Pelayanannya sabar dan perhatian. Semua permintaan dipenuhi semaksimal mungkin. Terdapat kolam renang tanpa batas dan ruang bermain anak-anak. Ini adalah hotel yang sangat hemat biaya di perkotaan berdasarkan luas dalam ruangan dan harga. Sarapannya banyak, apalagi sup jamur, wortel, dan daging sapinya enak banget. Sangat puas dengan pengalaman menginap ini.

Baru sadar setelah kembali bahwa saya sudah pesan kamar standar twin tetapi mereka menawari saya kamar double. Kamar saya ada di lantai 5 di seberang ruang tata graha. Agak mengganggu dan berisik. Ukuran kamar sama dengan kamar Jepang, cukup kecil. Kalau Anda datang dengan koper 28”, Anda harus berusaha membukanya. Ngomong-ngomong, BF-nya luar biasa.

Convenient Location & Great Stay - The room was spacious, providing plenty of comfort. - The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the Naha city center, the shopping street, and Shurijo Castle. - There are many shops nearby, making it convenient for dining and shopping. - Since the hotel is located slightly outside the city center, traffic is less congested, which makes getting around easier. Things to consider: - The hotel was crowded with businessmen, likely due to the event halls onsite. - There was a noticeable smoke smell in the lobby and basement floor, where the basement is the exit to the parking lot. - No valet parking and the parking lot is limited in space. - There is a charge for parking per day (multi-entry is okay). - The staff were not very supportive, from check-in to check-out. - There was noise from the upper floor as well as structural noises, like from the bathroom door and shower room, which disrupted our rest. - Traffic noise was also audible in the room, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Overall, the hotel’s location and spacious rooms are definite highlights, perfect for just staying and travelling in and around the city. But the service, noise, and other inconveniences might not make it the best option for those looking for a relaxing stay.

Very average hotel, not many people at the front desk speaks English, location is not that great too.

Have a pretty decent stay for a night. Staff also pretty helpful.

If you don’t have a car the location is a bit of. Very inconvenient that they don’t offer an airport pickup. As we arrived the extra bed in our twin room was charged with 63000 yen for 3 nights without breakfast! Rooms as such are ok, staff friendly

Hotel staffs are polite, helpful and most of them can communicate in English with problem. Also the location is very close to city centre. Hotel room are spacious and clean.

While it may not be located in the most convenient area, it does offer a good price with a breakfast buffet and the opportunity to try different Okinawan dishes. Parking fee : 1000 yen per night

Nice stay

ちょうどクリスマスツリーも飾られ、ライトアップがすごく綺麗でした。また、野外プールから見る景色もすごく綺麗で癒されました。

房間超級小，整理箱子都費勁，當然考慮在日本這個價格，還是很合理的。其他整體中規中矩。酒店在一個半山坡，所以最大亮點是景觀不錯，露天泳池尤其好。步行到首裏城大約15分鐘，到最近的輕軌站25分鐘吧。早餐還可以，但也談不上很出彩。另外如果對標國內四星級的健身房，太簡單了，力量方面只有啞鈴。
