Good price in great location. Only setback - the elevators are super slow. Otherwise a great place to stay in the heart of Surabaya

The room has a moldy smell likely from the old carpet and the furniture a little run down. However, the breakfast spread was more than we expected for the price we paid for the room. Convenient location close to shopping malls and really value for money.

The location very convenient near to jalan tunjungan and tunjungan plaza. Old hotel with old lift old bed and everything however they still manage to make it work and clean.

Location very good, near Tunjungan Plaza. Walk 500m to Pasar Genteng. But room need to renovate.

The concept of the bathroom and amenities is old-fashioned. In fact, if the hotel management wanted to replace the carpet in the hallway and the room, it would look elegant. There are 3 elevators available which are small and very slow. Makes guests annoyed. There is a swimming pool on the 7th floor. The mattress, towels and pillowcases are dull, rather black. The advantages of this hotel are its strategic location. On the left and right of the hotel are Tunjungan Plaza Mall, just walk. Check out time is at 13.00 WIB. The breakfast menu is varied and relatively delicious. Suitable for a 4-star. The guests are always crowded, it's surprising that this hotel is bad.

The only advantage of this hotel is that it is very close to the volcano. You don’t need to get up too early in the morning. You can stay in bed until about three o’clock before leaving. There are many mandala in the surrounding environment. Because it’s too early, I haven’t tried breakfast at the volcano. Not bad, especially the noodles made by myself 😂🌿💢👍 This is not a place for tourism but a hotel for passing tourist attractions
