The location was very good. The hotel is quite clean, but the facilities are limited to basic necessities. The food was okay. The service of the staff is very good. I think overall it's worth the price.

Hotel was good. Complimentary water was too small bottles to keep hydration.

The AC in my room is super hot! I think this hotel must be check all the AC in all room so can maintenance all of this. So bad if you sleep and get a bad AC!

Good choice for budget hotel with good location in Surabaya. Many eateries in surrounding area. The hotel also have a nice restaurant with outdoor area where business travelers can meet their guest comfortably.
