Stayed for a night, they turned off the jacuzzi only because it was a standard queen room. Very old styled furniture and decor.

Excellent location but the accomodation was dated/very basic. I would recommend this for a one night stay because it is a great place to explore the amazing Lorne beach and local shops/resturants. Parts of the bathroom were unclean and slight smell in the room but overall it was comfortable and fine for one night.

Satisfied my husband stayed at the Lorn Coachman Hotel. Recommendable!!!

I have stayed at the Coachman Inn previously. While I know that the facility is old I was disappointed with the state of it. On arrival I found that reception was closed even thou the website I booked thru had reception as open until 8pm. I called the phone number on the door and was quickly given a key. However, no direction to my room or offer of room service for breakfast. Again breakfast whilst not included was listed as available on the booking site. The shower had dust in the bottom and the carpet didn't look terribly clean either. The bed was uncomfortable. Tea/coffee & milk stingy!! For someone staying 2 nights you would expect to be able to have a couple cups of tea or coffee but no!

While the accomodation was basic it served our purpose. Was clean and functional.

The last room, but 1300 a night is expensive, considering the facilities. The house is old, the window air conditioner is noisy, the drainage is not good, there is no shower gel, only blankets. Don't book this if you have other options.

The uncle at the front desk speaks Chinese and is very friendly. The room is large and has a kitchen. The underground parking is convenient and free. It is a relatively cost-effective hotel in Melbourne.

It was already after 8pm when we went, and no one at the front desk had a note to call, so we were surprised to hear the familiar noon call. Because we only stayed one night while driving on the Great Ocean Road, the restaurants here closed really early. We looked around but couldn't find any supermarkets or restaurants that were open. The children were very happy to see a group of big parrots when they woke up early.

On the last night of our RV self-driving trip in Australia, we didn't book a campsite, so we booked this hotel. The person who received us was Chinese and the service was very thoughtful, making us feel at home. They also provided power sockets for us to eat hot pot in the barbecue area. The hotel is in a great location, facing the sea, with beautiful scenery.

The location is very good, right on the self-driving road. There is a big supermarket 200 meters away. The boss is a Chinese couple with an elderly and a child. They are very friendly and helped me a lot. They introduced me to nearby attractions. I wonder if you still remember us, father and son? It was before the Chinese New Year. Thank you very much
