部屋は綺麗には保たれていましたが、ベッドにダニの死骸と生きてるダニがいて数カ所刺されました。 チェックアウトの際にスタッフさんに伝えましたが、清潔にしてほしいです。

Budget friendly hotel for 1-night stay as a solo traveler on a Friday night when the other surrounding hotels were more expensive. Reliable chain, which offers good value for money and comfort. Ideal if you've got a car, a bit tricky if you have to use public transport.

No one at reception upon arrival and then when they did show it seemed I was putting them out by being there. Drag races happening on the road outside all night/early morning meant no sleep whatsoever. If you want service with a smile and a good night's sleep I would not recommend stay here unfortunately.

There was a lot of ribbish outside the main doors There was also a lot of drunk guest outsiders de the front of the hotel being noisy The upstairs room Guest were very noisy Reception staff friendly and helpful

No words can describe the shame I have been exposed to. Serving a cold pizza can be justified. However, having to wait 2 hours for dinner that is unacceptable…

Right from booking to staying was horrible,room cleanliness was awful Most rubbish service is when book via telephone was so dispointing and staff over the phone very eprut and unprofessional,I didn't expect that from staff of travel lodge as a company

We booked this Travelodge as we were taking part in the Ride the Night London. It was perfect for access to this, although obviously we didn't really get much sleep! We could have booked a late check-out, but couldn't do this due to other commi**ents. Great hotel.

Positives - friendly staff who kindly accommodated my request for ground floor room. The breakfast was fine, not best I’ve ever had but value for money. The room we stayed in had a fan which was nice, our room faced the road so was a bit nosey with window open but fine when closed, didn’t get too hot as more sheltered than upper floors. Negatives - bed was worn with springs and metal sticking out, stains on curtains, shower curtains, mould around windows, no extractor fan in bathroom, heavy wearing to arms of chair, bathroom smelled a bit weird and the sink was too close to the loo. Parking £6.00 and wifi charged. Fairly basic and in desperate need of new mattress, curtains and work to bathroom.

I use this hotel frequently because of its proximity to some of my work life & because of relatively reasonable price but sadly,the interior of the hotel doesnt look very clean,some of the room's furniture is very shabby.The rooms at the front are very noisy overlooking motorway
