Hotel Belvedere

A few kilometers from Zadar, but in a wonderful setting of peace in nature, this hotel is beautifully managed by a family who knows how to make their guests feel at home. You couldn't wish for anything better, congrats for the excellent work.

The family who run the hotel are very welcoming and attentive. The hotel is in a stunning position looking over the sea. The rooms are comfortable and exceptionally clean with cleaning everyday. The breakfast is a choice of buffet but you can have a choice of eggs I recommend the omelette. We are at the hotel on 2 evenings which we found to be the best food in the village. Overall I would recommend a stay here don't miss out of the beautiful surroundings. We went Zadar in an Uber 12 euro each way.

Excellent hotel in a super location . Staff are so very helpful and friendly. Excellent Breakfast choices . Bed was extremely comfortable and request for extra pillows was fulfilled immediately. For a relaxing stay amongst beautiful seaside it hits the spot!

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night at the end of our holiday due to its proximity to Zadar airport. We were totally blown away by our experience and would have stayed for longer if we could! We received the warmest welcome and were taken to our room with a stunning sea view and balcony. We had a delicious meal sat outside as the sun set and the stars came out. So impressed by this hotel which gave us a better end to our holiday than we could have wished for.

Hotel Belvere at Sukosan is beautiful, quiet, and clean. The staff are the most friendly I have ever experienced. The rooms and the bathrooms are super clean and smell so good. You see the Adriatic Sea about 15 to 20 feet away. Nice location away from it all. The food is delicious with many options to choose from with Mediterranean options galore! It is about 15 minutes from Zadar/Old Zadar. Taxi/Uber takes you to and from the hotel if you like. We enjoyed our stay and plan to go back to Hotel Belvedere. Excellent service all around.

Just home from the most wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is incredible, the view is beautiful, and the staff are SO attentive and friendly — we honestly can't recommend this hotel enough. We also ate in the on-site restaurant and the food we had was delicious! Breakfast every morning was also very nice, the outdoor view compliments it so well too :) Very very happy that we chose this hotel, I don't think you'll find a better family-run hotel in the area. Highly recommend booking the front-facing balcony rooms too — it made our stay that extra bit special. Thank you so much to the staff for making our stay so special. We'll be back for sure!!! Deserves 5 stars in our opinion, thank you so so much :)

This hotel is sea shore with great view. The hotel is clean and comforter. The breakfast is good.

Welcome to the family of Hotel Belvedere & Restaurant! When you're here, you're with family. I have had the pleasure of meeting the most pleasant, friendly, kind, and beautiful family in all of Croatia. The rooms are immaculately cleaned and fresh. I had zero worries about the bed sheets or towels upon my arrival. The family who owns this lovely hotel really take the time to get to know all their guest. They successfully remembered our favorite foods and drinks allowing them to suggest other items that we may enjoy. They made us breakfast one morning when we arrived for breakfast too late. They also made us breakfast sandwiches before breakfast time because we were going on an excursion. They have cornered the market in customer service. And, honestly, I have no idea why they do not have more stars. The hotel offers free breakfast- sandwiches, cereal, eggs. Dinner is offered for reasonable prices, which helps curb hunger after an adventurous day out in the surrounding areas. The food is deliciously prepared with care. The property is located right on the beach- just walk out the back the door. Zadar is about 20 minutes away, and costs about 10-15 Euros by Uber/Bolt. Split is about 1.5 -2 hours away by car. You can access it via busses if you know how to navigate them, but your commute time will increase. The city is Nin is about 40 minutes away. Trogir is about 1 hour away.
