Manchester Salford Quays

This is the first time we have EVER used a Premier inn, and to be honest, we loved it. We laughed at the massive bed, and it was only when we got up in the morning that we realised it was 2 beds pushed together - ****** we are. We only stayed the night, but the bed was VERY comfortable. the place was clean, and the staff were really nice and helpful. Will be coming back for sure

Before arriving at the hotel I phoned reception to ask for a favor. Luck was on my side and the lady in the reception was an angel from above her name was Katarina. I asked her to decorate our room because it was my Husbands birthday and she politely agreed with a very positive attitude. Katarina decorated our room with balloons, chocolate, and champagne some of the items I sent before our stay and they happily agreed. The stay was fantastic and could not be happier. Fantastic experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Despite us checking in late Cameron and Nicola were so kind and helpful whilst checking us in.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff . Very Comfortable , clean rooms with an excellent walk in shower . Thus premier inn has a Great location in the heart of Salford quays , very close to restaurants , museums and art galleries and waterside walks .

Very disappointed with the front of house staff.lift was out of order from arrival on Friday and still not working on Monday afternoon when we left

I really liked my stay in Premiere inn Salford Quays since the receptionist Yacine really offered us help with the procedure and assisted us with the luggage and support to get the room we were looking for. I really liked the rooms too.😎 Will visit again soon Hopefully.

In my journey to Manchester, I embarked on a delightful exploration of its renowned landmarks, from the hallowed grounds of Old Trafford Stadium to the serene beauty of Salford Quays. Nestled within the vibrant pulse of the city, my respite was found at the Premier Inn in Salford Quays, where comfort awaited amidst the urban landscape. Amidst my stay, a beacon of kindness emerged in the form of Yacine, whose gracious assistance illuminated my experience. Guiding me through parking intricacies and offering to shoulder my luggage to the upper floors where elevators ceased to tread, Yacine’s warmth extended beyond mere hospitality, leaving an indelible mark on my Manchester memories.

Stayed overnight as going to a show at the Lowry. Excellent location overlooking the Quays, 7 mins stroll to Lowry. Car parking is literally right outside, 1 mins walk to reception, pre-booked on line. Beefeater attached has a nice outside seating area overlooking water, daytime food nice, but in the morning the best full English breakfast ever! Even had veggie bacon, which is a rate thing at hotels. All the staff, hotel reception, bar, restaurant etc. very friendly. Comfy beds & pillows, very clean. Overall excellent hotel, good price, in a great location.

Looked for a reasonably priced place to staff in order to go to the Lowry. It didn’t cost that much extra to go premium plus, didn’t like the coffee included but that’s my preference. Lovely bright spacious room with a comfortable chair meaning I didn’t have to sit on the bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again in the future if the price was right. Stayed an extra night which was more expensive than the two previous nights put together.
