Everything was as described! Receptionist answered on the phone in the announced hours. Located very close to a tram station and a supermarket and cafeterias. Staff was kind and helpful. I recommend it!

Really enjoyed my stay. Even though the room was basic, it was clean and comfortable and that’s all I needed. Staff were very friendly also

the hotel room is big enough and clean. we did not use the kitchen, but I can see that it has everything you need for basic cooking. we cannot park in the hotel but there is a indoor parking facility . just 12 euro for overnight and it is ok. if you prefer, parking outside the hotel is free.

Good hotel, can be reached by the frequent tram service that passes near to where the hotel is. The hotel came with pots, pans and a fridge so is great if you need to cook food. Overall, a good stay!

Everything went smoothly. Used the pool. Quiet hotel. Staff is kind and accommodating.

We only have met a staff for the check-out. Otherwise, no personnel at the reception. Our decorative pillow on the bed had a huge stain which looked like blood. Not too easy to feel like home

if you are looking for affordable accommodation with easy access to the center of strasbourg then you have come to the right place check-in works fine but is limited to certain times.it is a modern apartment and meets expectations

It was very good , but im noticing with time that it is going down a little bit , the accommodation needs maintenance to preserve its quality

très satisfaite de mon séjour, nous sommes arrivés vers 20h le service d'enregistrement était fermé mais nous avons quand même trouvé du personnel qui nous a aidé et montré notre chambre. même s'il n'y avait personne à la réception nous allions suivre les instructions envoyées par email pour les arrivées tardives comme la nôtre. le personnel est sympathique et gentil et la chambre est propre avec une vue sur la rue et le tramway qui passe juste à côté de la résidence. je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Trop bien. Bien organisé. Spacieux. Belle vue. On a bien profité de la piscine. Rien à dire :)

離市中心很遠，背包客不建議選這家。沒有停車場，車衹能停馬路邊，我看附近黑人，包頭巾的還不少，開車的也不建議選擇
