Ulasan Yaoshi Hotel (Beijing Chaoyang High speed Railway Station Store)

I’m not sure how this hotel has 4 diamonds and a rating of 4.6/5. It needs some serious renovations! Walking into the hallways you are hit with an awful smell and filthy carpets. Then, upon entering the cramped room, you instantly see mold on the walls, broken curtains/appliances and more unclean carpets. This was an “upgrade”room. The service at the front desk was lackluster, as they could not help with any requests or questions. The only positive thing is the 10 minute walk to the subway! Spend your money somewhere else and please check for mold, safety first.

The hotel was amazing, the receptionist is also very friendly and polite. The room are so beautiful, even tho we choose the one without window is really pretty, quiet and clean, I’ll definitely come back.

Good service, cleanliness excellent

I just love this hotel. Friendly staffs, clean, spacious and peaceful since it was located at non commercial area but you still can find restaurants, cafe, saloons and convenient Mart by walking distance. I booked for 1 night but end up for 3 nights. If you need taxi you can walk about 10 minutes to the main road. Shilipu Metro station is about 30 minutes walking distance. #negativenside : hot shower pressure was too slow and they didn't provide floor mate. Highly recommended. Laundry room provided. We can do our laundry everyday. Thank you.

Although I never had time to write reviews but with this wonderful and amazing experience I had from this hotel in Beijing I have the privilege to write a couple words for those people. Wonderful people, great customer service, nice environment, wow. China is the top in everything now

This is the worst hotel we stayed in The staff are friendly but the rooms…. Room 315 is apparently is a upgrade but it has mould everywhere!!! It stinks and the bedding has stains , curtains also have stains This is a hotel for 1 night stands as every room has condoms and s** toys to buy

The only good thing about this hotel is customer service by receptionist boy upon arrival and girl when I was checking out I have arrived at midnight and was checking out early morning thus I booked a simple room with no window. As I entered the room a terrible stinging smell of cigarets and sewerage hit my nose. I went back to the reception and was kindly offered ( no charge) another room. However, the amenities were terrible. I could not have a proper shower since it had no decent water pressure. The kettle didn’t work I could not even have a cup of tea but even if I could boil water no tea bags or coffee were offered. I have to admit the bed was comfortable and I had a good sleep. In the morning the girl at reception kindly called a cab and generally speaking all staff was very kind and attentive.

Best place for 1 night

First of all, let me make it clear that I am not a fellow traveler who is here to find fault! I am a business traveler, but this hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in when I was on a business trip to Beijing, no doubt about it! 1. The room is shabby, the door frame is moldy, the carpet and stool are also dirty, and the shower splashes everywhere. The most bizarre thing is that there is no towel hanging on the bathroom door for you to wipe your feet, so be careful not to slip when you get out of the shower! 2. The mouthwash cup is broken, so be careful not to cut your lips when you brush your teeth. 3. What era is it? There is not even a hand sanitizer. You are only given a piece of soap when you check in. 4. The toilet paper is almost gone and they don’t change it for you. You go to the cleaning lady to ask for it yourself. 5. I called the front desk to ask if the TV can be projected, and the front desk directly replied to you with two words: No! 6. I booked two days but only gave you one breakfast coupon for one day. I said so much but I didn’t give you another one. Then why didn’t you let me book two days and only let me stay for one night? You drove me away the next day? Or just don't give it. Have you seen this kind of sao operation where you only get one breakfast voucher for two days? I haven't seen it anyway! 7. The wash basin is very shallow. I don't know what kind of anti-human design this is. In other words, when you wash your hands and face, the water will splash all over you 8. The bedside table is covered with dust when you wipe it with your hand. Basic hygiene cannot be guaranteed! 9. I don't know what the yellow stuff is on the pillowcase 10. The only modern equipment in the room is the electric curtain, which is a good point
