Clean and lovely. My friend had a really good time. The hot spring was lovely. Wish we could stay for much longer.

Older but well kept up hotel with a great hot spring/SPA area. In a rather quiet area, so you will need a taxi to go shopping or eat out.  The employees are very nice and do their best to make people feel welcome. Breakfast is more Chinese with some western options.

There was no notice in trip. Com that hotel hot spring is under renovation. We only got to know when we arrived. 😩 except major disappointment that we can’t enjoy the hot spring the room and staff including the facility was great.

I don’t enjoy my stay , I booked a weekend the customer service was good but the room had a funny smell and the bathroom floor had thick back hair and even after housekeeping the hair was still there so they don’t clean correctly The hot springs and gym was not working which was very disappointing because it was the only reason I booked at the hotel

露台很大，環境安靜不吵鬧，適合放鬆 前台瑩瑩離店時服務主動熱情，送了金屬書簽作禮品，服務態度值得肯定 衞生間略有異味，不好完全消除，望檢查 露台雖大但空，若能放置一套簡單桌椅則甚佳，請考慮。

房間很大，酒店還幫忙升級了房型，周邊環境也很好，配備了浴缸，硬件設施很到位了，昨晚遇到網絡不穩定的問題，客房經理珊珊一直在想辦法幫我解決，服務態度很好，希望下次再來入住！

環境：交通還算方便 服務：很熱情 辦理入住時孩子手錶⌚️遺失在前台桌子上，已找回 感謝前台工作人員 生日當天還送了禮物給孩子，禮物不在輕重，服務到位，熱情重千金 環境：乾淨，就是有些入住客人在大廳吸煙，影響心情 設施：有室內游泳池，入住客人憑房卡，成人49元，小童1.3米以下收費39元，超過1.3米按成人收費
