Hostel Bed & Breakfast

Well, I was not able to stay there but still got the terrible experience. We’ve booked a room in this Hostel a few weeks ago. Just two days before arriving we got a message from them: "Hello, We would like to inform you that we have no rooms for this period. cancel your reservation. Hope you find another hostel". Is it even legal? On this date there was only 8 times more expensive accommodation. I guess it was connected with Beyoncé performance which was set on this day. And they wanted ME to cancel my booking but it was not refundable. So they didn't wanna pay either. We had literally no place to sleep. Thank god some of our mates helped us and let us to sleep at their place. And thanks to Booking, I got refund. But this hostel never even apologized or answered on my message. I think it's just good for everyone to know what kind of service they provide.

We booked 3 nights, but on the second one, we found bed bugs!!! We tried to cancel and wanted the full return of the money, but they only gave us back the last night. The hostel is underground and there are no windows, no daylight, and no air. The room was very small - only 2 beds, 1 nightstand, and 1 chair. We couldn't place our stuff anywhere! It smelled like feet. There was no window in the room, no AC, and the fan didn't work. The sheets were dirty, the matrasses were stained, and the blankets and pillows were smelly! You have to pay for the bed linen and towels (even though it said it was free) and still, they are not even clean! The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting with no place to put your stuff, again. The toilets were dirty, peed all over and the toilet paper was hard like a carton. The owner of the hostel was not cooperative at all. You can not lock your room from the inside and it can open with a code from the outside. You do have a washing machine and a dryer, but you can't use them without the staff's permission. I should have taken more pictures but we had to leave in a hurry because of the bed bugs! It looks nothing like the pictures! I wouldn't recommend it at all!
