環境：確實位置不錯，old town 中間 步行到很多景點，裝修也比較歐式 整體是不錯，確實也很大 設施：但是如果住這個酒店就不得不關注下， 1， 酒店沒有電梯，如果很多行李非常不方便 2，老城全是石頭路，如果是行李箱 會非常艱難，都是小路很不方便 3，老城不能開車進去，也沒辦法停車，不建議租車過來，停車費附近 1000元一天、甚至打車也要走很久，想想這冷空氣 以上如果可以忍受還是可以住的

The place is centrally located in Gamla Stan. The room is very nice and clean. You will have everything that you will need. The staff are very kind and accommodating. They are very reasonable and will try to make your stay as convenient as possible. Our stay was remarkable and excellent. Thanks!

Perfect place in Gamla Stan. Beautifully updated building on a quiet street that is all residential, but only a short walk to shops and restaurants. Communication was excellent. Our apartment exceeded our expectations!

Great central location Easy communication with team & check in. lovely studio with good facilities. appreciated the bathroom underfloor heating & radiators quick to warm up when it was cold. highly recommended

The building is old but very nicely renovated so it feels like a brand new modern apartment. Very spacious and well equipped. Handy location in the most touristy part of Stockholm. It is on a small street with no cars so you may have to carry your bags some distance from the train. Check in, etc. has limited hours but staff are super accommodating and well organized. If you tell them your itinerary they adjust to give excellent service. Overall we loved the unit.

I booked the largest apartment for my family's visit to Stockholm in September 2023 and can highly recommend it to the next group. It was clean, quiet, spacious, and luxurious - perfect for 7 people across 3 generations. The open kitchen and living room area are perfect for socializing and the dining room easily seats 8-10 people. The manager Mathilda was very kind and accommodating as well.

We loved our stay at Residence Perseus. We were in Elegance, which is a huge suite -- entryway, bathroom, dining room, living room, bedroom, overlooking a main street. The rooms were comfortable, clean, cozy. Lots of character. The hotel is beautifully located in Gamle Stan -- we walked everywhere. Would definitely recommend!

This may indeed be a nicely designed and well-located place. However, be aware of absolutely inflexible booking and cancellation terms, whereby in the best case, you may recover 50% of your payment and in the worst case, lose the entire pre-payment. Management is not interested in considering options to reschedule to a different date / time etc. Depending on the circumstances or the extent of your emergency, travel insurance companies may or may not help you out. Based on our communications, I found the booking manager to be devoid of any social skills normally expected from her role. Stockholm is a lovely city and there are many places to stay which do not enforce medieval booking rules. Keep looking for a better option!
