Overall, this hotel was a mixed bag of great vibes and some annoyances. Got lucky with a top-floor room featuring two skylights and nice interior arrangement (it was a long desk behind the bed)—super aesthetic and gave off cool vibes. But the ventilation was a nightmare. Not sure if I couldn’t figure out the system or what, but the room felt insanely stuffy all day. Not hot, just suffocating, like the air was trapped with no flow. Even closing the skylight curtains for the day when out didn’t help; it was like the room was hoarding a day’s worth of stale heat. I cannot imagine I was sweating at night while it was 12°C outside... If they could fix the airflow or add some cooling, this place would be near perfect. I hung the “do not disturb” sign but left empty plastic bottles outside for pickup. Second and third mornings, they were still there—felt like no staff even came to this top floor (only two rooms up here on 4/F). Check-out was meh; the staff only cared if I used the Mini Bar, no questions about my stay. They seemed pretty junior. Now, the location? Absolutely unreal. No matter which attraction you hit, you’re back at the hotel in 15 minutes—crazy convenient. The hotel itself looks stunning, the kind of place that makes people jealous when they see you walk in. Honestly, aside from the stuffy room, I was pretty happy.

Hotel room is spacious, clean and the design is modern and we all love it! During the check in, there is some light bites provided near the reception area and it was super tasty! The location is walking distance (around 5-10mins) to many tourist spots.

We booked three rooms for a group of six and stayed for three nights. Upon check-in, we immediately found that the rooms were significantly smaller than what we had booked. After having contacted front desk and Trip.com, rooms cannot be changed and we were only offered very minimal compensation without clear explanation for the discrepancy in room size. We felt very frustrated not to mention the time wasted seeking for remedies. The hotel’s central location is perfect for exploring main attractions but several aspects of our stay did not meet expectations. 1. Room Size & Cleanliness: The room was small and the overall cleanliness was below average. For instance, the hairdryer full of fingerprints and grease (no hygiene bag) is put right next to clean bath towels. 2. Privacy Concern: An uninvited housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking to promote a €25 hotel branded teddy bear, which is totally unacceptable and lack of respect for privacy. 3. Breakfast Experience: Breakfast had a wide selection but it was served in the bar area (where is the main entrance of the hotel to reach hotel front desk) and mezzanine floor with fairly limited seats. Food was laid over bartender’s countertop that created a chaotic and stressful environment especially during the breakfast peak hours. 4. Security Concern: As the hotel was modernised from a historic building, there are structural limitations e.g. the staff / housekeeping lift and dedicated lift to the rooftop bar share the same lift lobby for hotel rooms. The bar lift somehow also provides access to hotel room floors. This poses security concerns since non-hotel/bar guests could potentially access hotel rooms without any security checks. This hotel would suit travelers who prioritize location than any things else. Based on our experiences, it should not be classified as a five star as it claims for.

We stayed at the hotel from March 7 to March 9 and overall had a pleasant experience. Pros: The location is very convenient and the view from the hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and the staff were polite and welcoming. Breakfast was exceptional with a great variety of options. We also really enjoyed the Executive Lounge – it was a perfect place to relax and there was always a good selection of drinks and snacks available. Cons: There were a few issues in the room. The shower plumbing was broken and didn’t properly hold the shower head. The shower was also not fully covered, so water splashed onto the bathroom floor. There were no electrical sockets near the bed, which was inconvenient. The curtains had stains and the windows needed cleaning, which unfortunately made it harder to fully enjoy the view. Additionally, my mother and I stayed during her birthday on March 8. When making the reservation, I left a note asking for a small symbolic gesture since I had seen in previous reviews that the hotel sometimes does this for guests. Unfortunately, nothing was prepared, which was a bit disappointing.

Benar sekali! Hotel ini sesuai dengan stereotip saya tentang hotel mewah. Karena saya pesan kamar di malam hari, semua hotel di Praha harganya terlalu mahal, dan bahkan hotel kumuh di pusat kota saja bisa berharga sekitar seribu atau dua ribu. Untungnya, saya memesan Hilton! Kebetulan saat itu sedang hujan, dan ada payung gratis di pintu masuk (gratis selama 48 jam) dengan logo Hilton, yang sungguh mengesankan. Semuanya luar biasa. Kamarnya luas, baru, dan bersih! Ada area basah dan kering terpisah, dan pemandangannya luar biasa: Saya bisa melihat Menara TV, monumen di puncak bukit, dan KPMG di seberang jalan. Tepat setelah KPMG, saya berjalan melewati gedung berikutnya (sekitar 5 menit berjalan kaki ke stasiun metro, sangat praktis!). Namun, ketika hujan, saya naik taksi. Harganya cukup murah, hanya beberapa pound (beberapa lusin RMB) ke pusat kota. Dibandingkan dengan Inggris, taksi sangat hemat! Penitipan bagasi terletak tepat di sebelah kiri pintu masuk utama, yang sangat praktis (jauh lebih praktis daripada beberapa hotel yang harus berputar-putar atau bahkan di ruang bawah tanah! Sangat mudah digunakan, dengan petugas hotel khusus yang mengurusnya, jadi saya tidak perlu mengantre di meja resepsionis!). Satu-satunya kekurangannya adalah harganya, dan itu bukan salah Hilton, tapi salah saya!
