TTamuIn the front desk, there is a tall girl with blond hair, she was really helpful and help us call the Taxi! The location of the hotel is a little bit far from the famous sites, everything else is very good.

TTamuWe stayed at the hotel from March 7 to March 9 and overall had a pleasant experience.
Pros:
The location is very convenient and the view from the hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and the staff were polite and welcoming. Breakfast was exceptional with a great variety of options. We also really enjoyed the Executive Lounge – it was a perfect place to relax and there was always a good selection of drinks and snacks available.
Cons:
There were a few issues in the room. The shower plumbing was broken and didn’t properly hold the shower head. The shower was also not fully covered, so water splashed onto the bathroom floor. There were no electrical sockets near the bed, which was inconvenient. The curtains had stains and the windows needed cleaning, which unfortunately made it harder to fully enjoy the view.
Additionally, my mother and I stayed during her birthday on March 8. When making the reservation, I left a note asking for a small symbolic gesture since I had seen in previous reviews that the hotel sometimes does this for guests. Unfortunately, nothing was prepared, which was a bit disappointing.

TTamu這家酒店不在市中心，但是門口就有地鐵，對面還有個Ldil超市。前台服務熱情，每個房間送一瓶白葡萄酒，吧枱飲料，臨走還送一個冰箱貼紀念品，服務沒得講，早餐也非常豐盛，早餐晚餐時間，大廳還有鋼琴演奏。缺點是不靠市中心，旁邊是一大片墓地。總之，是超出期待的一次入住。

TTamuThe hotel is very nice but the location is not so good. Even we drive still need to park quite far away. The staff is not very helpful, or maybe i should say she is not considerate at all. We booked the spa, but we didn't have our dinner yet while we were checking in, we mentioned many times to her that we are in the hurry for dinner, i believe if we don't eat before the spa, everything will closed afterwards, but she was just writing the check-in form super slowly.(I think she used half an hour just to fill up the form) In the end, we only left half an hour, run to the restaurant and pour all the food inside our mouth & run back. But in the end we found the beer spa come with some bread, also the mini bar has some sandwiches, then why don't she tell us since we asked her so many times for the food! Because the hotel is located in a very quiet place , nothing much around, there is no restaurant inside the hotel too, but we asked her if there is any food the hotel can provide and she said no!

TTamuKamar tidak sesuai deskripsi. Saya meminta 2 tempat tidur single dan mendapat tempat tidur double. Tidak ada TV di kamar. Saya berbicara dengan resepsionis dan tidak membantu. Mereka mengatakan kamar baru saja direnovasi dan tidak sempat menaruh TV di sana. Tidak sopan dan tidak membantu. Tidak ada tawaran untuk memindahkan kami ke kamar lain.
