Hotel Spa di Prague

The consistent style of the four seasons is quite satisfactory, no big mistakes and no big joys. The service is also very good. Also received chocolates. There are almost no people in the spa pool, so I went to a private room. The only problem is that I forgot to put the do not disturb sign... and was interrupted many times: cleaning, checking the minibar, refilling the minibar, turning down the bed... a bit annoying... and many others. The doormen greeted each other warmly. It is useless to evaluate foreign hotels here. don't give me feedback either...

The hotel is in an excellent location and the food is great. The rooms are very small. and charge even for a bottle of water that is in the minibar In addition to this, they told us in the morning that it would be possible to do a late checkout, then after 10 minutes they told us no and that we would have to pay an extra night if we wanted to stay. And they will give us a discount of 40 dollars. I think that if they make such a mistake they need to absorb it and not cause discomfort on the part of the customer.

I have 2 bookings and one of the booking was cancelled but don’t know why and reception couldn’t give me an answer. I was very frustrated, why my rooms were canceled when it’s all paid for. Overall for a Hilton chain brand, reception was very unprofessional.

It’s a decent hotel, though its location is a bit unusual and can feel quite deserted at night. However, the nearby Strizkov metro station provides convenient access to Prague’s main attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. There is also a bar and restaurant in the lobby, which is handy if you’re unsure where to eat nearby. Breakfast was adequate—nothing extraordinary, just a typical Western spread with eggs, bread, juices, and so on. Overall, for the hotel’s price, I would recommend.

The furniture is old and smell of smoke all over, the breakfast team cannot handle the crowd and food is not that great. The room selection was change with kindness of the service team and upgraded but the bed and furniture is outdated. i would not rated at 5 star maybe 4 or 3 to be honest. the location is great and close by many places by taxi and mall is close by.

Great hotel. The staff is very helpful. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast and the food in general at the restaurant is absolutely fantastic. Hotel is located near the centre of the New town, and near Katerinska Metro Station. Generally in Prague you can walk anywhere from the hotel, but if your tired you can buy easily a Metro ticket for 30 mins, and you can easily buy it online from the PID Litacka application for just 30 CZK.

There is a swimming pool in the hotel, which is a bit small, but it is okay if only two or three people can use it at the same time. The location is very good, very close to the main square, and the breakfast is rich in variety. Highly recommended!

Right next to the metro stop. It is a budget hotel so the breakfast is low quality (croissants and cheeses, for example, are present but my finicky partner turned his nose up at them), the pool with the view is very simple and not worthy of being called a spa. However, the staff were all lovely and we would happily stay again (but would skip the breakfast, personally). :)

It is located on the edge of Prague Old Town, in a very convenient location, with a lot of food and places to shop downstairs, and a large McDonald's next to it. The room is relatively large, and the facilities are complete among European hotels.
