Falkensteiner Boutique Hotel Prague

spacious room, stones throw away from the prague main station, and walking distance from the old town center. can’t ask more for first time trip to prague . loved the view from my room, too. overlooking small park area in front of the train station, the room had nice view and plenty of sunshine coming in from the window. at the breakfast, there’s a la carte menu as well as buffet selections. you get both! which i liked a lot. staff helps with ordering at the table from a la carte menu and coffee. the breads were fresh and still had warmth to them at 7 am (the start time for the breakfast). the room has everything i needed. daily bottle of complimentary water was greatly appreciated. tap water tasted fine, so there was no worry about running out of water to drink. if i would ever come back to prague, i’d book this hotel again.

The hotel was stunning and so close to everything we wanted to see and go to. Staff were so amenable and remembered what we were drinking in the bar the next time we visited. Attention to detail was great. Our room was lovely and clean and breakfast was delicious. If I came back to Prague I would definitely stay with you again! So happy we found the Falkensteiner.

Room was very clean. Hotel has an on site spa which you go in naked European style mixed gender which is nice to relax after a day of walking. Breakfast was nice and fresh as well. On site gym as well. 3 mins walk to Prague main station and around 10-15 mins walk to main tourist area.

Reception was really friendly upon arrival, however the next time both my partner and I went to ask for things the gentleman didn’t seem very interested in helping and was quite rude to my partner, not giving him any verbal answers and just shaking his head. Spa was really nice although there were used towels all over the place which suggested there wasn’t regular maintenance between use. Both faults not what I would expect from what is supposed to be a 5 star hotel.

Very clean and modern hotel. Front reception had distant but correct service. The spa area is nice as it is usually quiet. À la carte breakfast is a very nice addition.

The only downside was that the room was a bit small and cramped. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very clean, the service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience.

This place is designed for tall people. Bathroom everything is high from towels rack built above toilet seats to hooks for hanging towel n clothes. Would be nice to leave another chair or stool underneath plug so that it can be used for charging etc. Only 1 lean back large chair n a small one Everything else is acceptable although I expected a larger room.

The hotel was just less than 10 minutes walk from where the bus dropped me off. The Monkeybar had excellent food, alcohol and vibe. The hotel amenities was top notch, it felt modern and clean. I liked the complimentary drinks and snacks in the reception area. The staff were very helpful. It was raining the day I stayed and guests could borrow the hotel umbrellas. The breakfast was amazing! I loved the made to order hot breakfast, especially the truffle scrambled eggs. The do it yourself juice bar was a nice touch. I would love to stay here again in future
