It was an amazing hotel with high level of luxury. Friendly staff. Location is excellent next to the most luxurious mall in Shenyang, Mixc, which can be accessible from the hotel through underground. Youth park is across the street from the hotel and it's a good place for a walk. Hotel is located in a very nice and safe area.

Nice for businee trip, upgrad to a top-floor room with a really good view! There is a shopping mall just beside. And not far from the Airport.

凌晨落地瀋陽，剛下飛機就接到前台邢經理的來電，知道我飛了一路，提前幫我安排，把房間空調開好，達到後安排了泊車，太貼心了！到 12 號樓後，姓尹的小姐姐就已經在門口，到了以後一路把我引進房間，房間裏還貼心備了山楂水解乏，瞬間被戳中（有沒有接見首長的待遇？哈哈）！預訂前看到幾條差評，其實有點忐忑，因為很怕吵，於是留言想要安靜的房間，酒店完全沒讓人失望，寬敞乾淨，朝向也好，今早睡醒陽光灑進房間暖洋洋的，像回到了自己的家。就衝著這份細心周到的服務，我果斷取消了室內五星酒店的訂單，特意在這兒續住了一天！ 真心推薦給來瀋陽的朋友，邢小哥和尹小姐姐的服務必須誇，下次來還住這兒！

The staff is incredibly professional and accommodating, always going above beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. With a great indoor pool and a well-equipped gym, the amenities are excellent. The breakfast buffet is also top-notch, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start your day. I would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and facilities.

Though the location is away from the downtown, but just 12 minutes away from the Airport, which is very convenient, gives you extra minutes to your work before leaving for your flight..

We enjoyed staying at the Westin hotel Shenyang. The room was very clean and we enjoyed the swimming pool and the well appointed Gym. The hotel was 10 minutes walk to the Subway station and an additional 5 minutes to shopping centres Pizza hut and several other eating facilities. The only negative was the air conditioning we were unable to get the room cool and had to open the window to get relief from the heat. We didn't use the air-conditioning while we were there. The staff were very pleasant and helpful over our 2 nights stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Wellness and feel good oasis in Shenyang We combined it with a night in the hotel. Underground parking. The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss. The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“. There they inform you that: - The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm. - Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am. - If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day. - To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card. - You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male. - You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free. - You will be led into gender separated changing areas. - You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how. - Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how. - Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked. - Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area. - It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. - Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour. - Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options. - Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm. - Level 4 is for private treatments. In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold. We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful. Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.
