We absolutely loved our stay at the Banff Aspen Lodge! Location is a solid 5/5 — close to everything we needed and super convenient for exploring Banff. As a couple traveling on a budget, we found the price very reasonable, almost comparable to the nearby hostel, which made the comfort and quality here feel like an even better value. Special shoutout to their toilet amenities — they smelled so good they actually made us walk into the Rocky Mountain Soap store afterward and buy things we definitely didn’t need (lol). No regrets though! The breakfast was superb, delicious, fresh, and a perfect start to our days. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would absolutely stay here again!

A lovely restful retreat. Great location and bus service. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Clean and very nice toiletries, lovely friendly restaurant great menu and gd pricing , great jacuzzi and good area for walking.

We had an incredible stay at Tunnel Mountain Resort in Banff. From the moment we checked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely eager to make our experience memorable. The property itself feels tucked away in the trees, offering peace and quiet while still being just a few minutes from downtown Banff. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a rustic mountain vibe that fit perfectly with the surroundings. I especially loved the fireplace—it made evenings feel warm and relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchenette was well-equipped, which was a nice bonus for preparing meals. The views from the resort are stunning. Waking up to the fresh mountain air and seeing the Rockies right outside my window was unforgettable. On-site amenities like the hot tub and pool added to the experience, especially after long hikes. What stood out most was the balance between comfort and nature. It felt like having a private cabin in the mountains but with all the convenience of a resort. I’d highly recommend Tunnel Mountain Resort for couples, families, or anyone wanting a true Banff escape. It’s the perfect mix of relaxation, comfort, and breathtaking scenery—I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Secara keseluruhan, ini adalah pengalaman menginap yang baik di Banff. Lokasinya dekat dengan jalan utama. Namun, tidak ada tempat parkir *****tara di sekitar depan hotel untuk memarkir mobil Anda saat proses check-in.

Lokasinya agak jauh dari pusat kota, tetapi masih bisa ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki jadi tidak masalah. Agak berisik karena ada sekelompok mahasiswa yang menginap di sana, tetapi kamarnya bersih dan nyaman. Saya bisa menitipkan barang bawaan saya di sana sebelum check-in, sehingga memudahkan saya untuk keluar.

Excellent location in Banff! Near stores and restaurants with awesome views around. Very friendly staff too. The room itself was quite clean except that as soon as we entered, there were flies including fruit flies… Other than that, the room was big and warm. It had a keep safe too. The washroom was quite small, it was hard to close the door but it worked out.

Nice hotel. Have to say though, when you open the door to your room, a bathtub, not in the bathroom should not be the 1st thing you see. People we interacted with were not the most friendly. Like ...ok what do you need. Also, not having a resturant where you could get coffee or breakfast was a bit of a pain. They did have a coffee pot in the room, but hey I always go to hotel rooms for my coffee

Kami melakukan staycation singkat di Banff dari Calgary dan secara keseluruhan sangat menikmati waktu kami. Kolam gua sangat populer, tetapi perlu diingat bahwa itu sebenarnya bukan ”kolam renang.” Lebih tepatnya seperti bak mandi air panas ber***a gua yang besar. Kolamnya dangkal, dan airnya cukup panas, jadi anak-anak tidak bisa berenang atau mencelupkan wajah mereka ke dalam air. Namun, tata letak guanya sangat keren, dan orang dewasa sangat menikmatinya untuk bersantai. Sauna keringnya juga bagus. Kami menginap di suite dengan dua tempat tidur ganda, ditambah ruang tamu dengan sofa bed, ruang makan, dan dapur kecil. Kami senang dengan tata letaknya. Suite itu bersih, tetapi memang sudah agak ketinggalan zaman. Satu kekurangannya adalah TV-nya. Saya tahu Anda tidak pergi ke Banff untuk duduk dan menonton TV, tetapi akan lebih baik jika mereka memperbarui TV-nya menjadi smart TV. Jika Anda bepergian dengan anak-anak, saya sarankan membawa Fire Stick atau Chromecast. Bahkan kabel HDMI untuk menghubungkan laptop pun bisa digunakan, tetapi pastikan Anda mengunduh film terlebih dahulu karena Wi-Fi di area kami cukup tidak stabil dan anak-anak sering kehilangan koneksi. Staf resepsionis sangat fantastis. Ramah, membantu, dan efisien. Mereka memudahkan parkir, menyediakan tiket bus, dan menjelaskan informasi lokal tanpa kami harus banyak bertanya. Kami akan menginap di sini lagi, dan lain kali kami pasti akan membawa sesuatu untuk TV agar kami bisa menonton film santai setelah seharian beraktivitas.
