I stayed in Box Hill motel between 3rd of Nov'23 - 5th of Nov'23. My husband and I arrived at Box Hill motel around 12-1pm. We were so exhausted as we took turn driving from Sydney - Melbourne. We drove from Sydney past midnight. Upon calling if we would be let in early, surprisingly it is allowed. Otherwise we would have slept in the car until check-in time if the room isn't ready yet. We got room no.1 and it was very clean. I didn't use the towel as I prefer to use my own towel, my husband also use his own towel. One of the hanging towel though had a snot on it and I put that towel aside despite we didn't use it. There were 3x plates in total and one of the plate was dirty and I assumed previous guest must have used this 1 plate and didn't wash it but instead just slipped it in between the clean plate. We used 2x plates for ourselves but I washed the 3x plates myself. Great Wifi speed too as I was able to complete a little bit of work from Room no.1. My parents always taught me to appreciate and respect people's places. Upon checking out, I saw Carol and OMG, she is so kind, friendly, down to earth and helpful. She was busy rolling people's luggage to their room. I remember my father always taught me the great businessman is not the one who always wanted to be served but the one who knew how to serve others first. There's a saying about ”servant leadership”. A great leader know how it feels to be at the bottom to observe, learn and serving others as well as better appreciate the top and experience various roles to understand the duties and responsibilities of each roles. THANK YOU Box hill motel team and Carol too for allowing us to stay at your beautiful clean and tidy place. We were able to sleep very soundly, hope nobody can hear us snoring :) I highly recommend Box Hill motel, Melbourne to anyone on a trip to Melbourne.

Lokasi yang sangat baik di pusat kota, dekat dengan segalanya: trem gratis ke skybus menuju bandara, perpustakaan negara bagian Victoria, museum, restoran, dan teater … Staf yang ramah dan membantu, dapur lengkap dengan semua yang dibutuhkan dan ruang makan yang luas, teras yang indah untuk ruang terbuka di lantai 5, kamar mandi yang sangat bersih

The check in process was a little clunky but we got there in the end, nice apartment we enjoyed it

The location ist amazing. The kitchen is nice and big with several airfryers as well. Unfortunately there was not enough cutlery and other tools you might need for cooking. I was in a 10 bed dorm. The room was nice and spacious and the beds have thick curtains. The downside was the bathroom. I stayed for 7 nights and the bathroom was maybe cleaned twice. So it wasn't a really good experience to use it. There were also no additional bathrooms on any upper level. One bathroom is simply not enough for ten people. To summarize I expected better bathroom cleanliness and more bathrooms also on the upper levels. And also the early kitchen closure at 10pm was pretty annoying.

Resepsionisnya ramah dan terorganisir, resepsionisnya sangat ramah. Ada uang jaminan sebesar $200; bersiaplah dan Anda akan menghemat waktu Anda dan resepsionis. Anda dapat membayar uang jaminan secara tunai. Parkir: bagus, TETAPI ada beberapa penghuni tetap yang tinggal di sana, jadi Anda mungkin ingin parkir jauh dari mereka... Saya di lantai atas dan orang-orang di sebelah saya punya anjing yang menggonggong sepanjang malam, ditambah lagi pasangan itu saling berteriak :/ Di lantai bawah, berkelahi, berteriak terus-menerus. Kedengarannya seperti ada yang rusak di lantai bawah. Seorang pria dengan sepeda motor terus datang dan pergi, mengunjungi penghuni permanen di lantai bawah dan berbicara sangat keras, lalu berteriak dan berkelahi lagi setelah ia melarikan diri dengan sepedanya. Saya merasa tidak aman; saya menduga mobilnya akan rusak. Saya sadar perilaku orang-orang itu bukan salah motel, tapi keesokan harinya saya sangat lelah sampai migrain, dan ya, saya masih bisa mengatasinya sampai sekarang, lusa. Saya tidak terkesan dengan para penghuni permanen yang liar itu. Sayang sekali, karena staf dan kamarnya bagus.

This is a good location and the rooms are spacious with a good layout, however there were a few issues with the room. I took photos of a range of things like a broken bedside table drawer, chewing gum on the bathroom bin, marks on the walls, broken foot pedal on the main bin, brown frozen liquid in the ice cube container in the freezer, stained coffee cups, folded up corner of the rug etc. Also note that parking is available, but not included. The check in instructions will provide you with information on how to access the car park without mentioning the price, but it is not free, there is a daily fee for the car park and the turning space on the ramp to access the bottom level of the car park is quite tight, however there are some parks on the first level which allowed us to avoid the curved ramp. The location is a great spot if you have a car, not far from the free tram zone on the edge of the city, close to Carlton where there are great food options. All of the issues were only small things that didn't ruin our stay, this could be a great place to stay with a bit more attention to detail and customer care. I received no response to my emails showing photos of the issues in the room. They also required photos of my drivers license and both sides of my credit card for after hours check in which I was a bit uncomfortable with. I hope they can address the issues and provide a better customer experience as the location is great and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with a table, lounge area and 2 bedrooms in our room. I'd be happy to stay here again and hopefully the issues have been addressed to make it a great experience.

Очень грязно, ну совсем грязно! Заехали в номер и грязь на всех поверхностях, такое ощущение, что уборки не было уже очень-очень давно, даже минимальной. Завтрак есть, но очень слабый. Парковка на территории присутствует, действительно без доплаты Отличное расположение, до центра города пешком около 15 мин через красивый район и парк. До Ботанического сада пешком 30 мин

Hotel ini memiliki bangunan utama dan paviliun. Bangunan induknya merupakan bangunan tipe hotel, dan bangunan tambahannya tampak seperti apartemen yang telah direnovasi. Paviliun yang saya tinggali kali ini sangat nyaman karena dapurnya penuh dengan peralatan. Ada juga dua kamar tidur. Terutama karena yen lemah, harga tampaknya tinggi bagi orang Jepang, namun saya bisa menghemat uang dengan memasak makanan sendiri di sini. Ada stasiun trem gratis tepat di depan hotel, jadi lokasinya tidak merepotkan. Silakan datang dan menginap di sini ketika Anda datang ke Melbourne.

Check out jam 7:15 pagi dan tidak ada seorang pun di meja resepsionis. Untungnya, saya tidak memesan sarapan. Pintu kulkas di kamar tidak bisa ditutup. Saya menghubungi resepsionis dan mereka meminta saya untuk mengganti kulkas atau kamar keesokan harinya. Pada akhirnya, tidak ada yang berubah. AC jendela, berisik sekali. Handuk mandinya robek, tidak ada handuk tangan, hanya 2 cangkir obat kumur, dan bahkan tidak ada cangkir untuk air minum. Ada supermarket dan restoran di dekatnya. Satu-satunya keuntungannya adalah harganya murah, jadi kamar selalu penuh dipesan setiap hari selama dua hari kami tinggal di sana.

Hotel yang sederhana. Lokasi yang bagus, tetapi agak sulit ditemukan karena pintu masuknya kecil. Dekat dengan money changer, jadi juga nyaman, tetapi buka mata Anda! Check-in mandiri berjalan lancar. Menerima email dengan petunjuk yang jelas. Bangunannya sudah tua tetapi terawat dengan baik. Tidak ada serangga :-) Lokasinya sangat bagus dengan banyak restoran tepat di bawah hotel.
