Best hotel.It was the Fairfield hotel before Sonesta Inc.bought them out -so this hotel has indoor heated pool,gym,free breakfast, new everything in and out of rooms.I really love it.I stay 4-5× per week here.

Very good location to many places in Houston, and old facility, elevator is gotten back now, good for long term stay. Depends on the locations and demands of the travelers.

My flight was delayed, and I arrived in Houston around 1 AM. Despite multiple attempts to reach the front desk, no one answered the phone. I finally got to the hotel around 2 AM and was relieved to find my reserved room, 219, was ready. Once inside, everything seemed fine at first, but then I headed to the bathroom. The tiles were all cracked, and the floor felt incredibly soft—I honestly thought I might fall through and the door looked like someone had ram the door
