The Whitehall Houston

good location on Downtown. not Expensive. Friendly staffs.

Good location,good restaurant,resonable price!

Love it.

Great service and easy to check in & valet service is great as well

The communication was great, had an issue with the heat in my room and they changed my room without any problems. Was a bit cold in the lobby but other than that, my stay was great!

Very nice hotel and enjoyed my stay. Staff were great pool area lovely food good great shower quiet room comfortable bed

Very nice hotel , great location and the rooms are very spacious

Very good location, staff is so kind

I will objectively evaluate, because I have never stayed in such a bad hotel, so I will write my feelings, I hope you can learn from it, I stayed in the room this time is 932, I will not talk about how the service is, I only talk about the facilities and support, the temperature that day was 40 degrees Fahrenheit, the air conditioning in the room was surprisingly no hot air, after two hours of driving the temperature did not change, I reset the setting many times, there is no change, the quilt Extraordinarily thin, no cotton, no down, put a bath towel on top of the comforter to keep warm, that's how the night was spent, don't step in the hole, remember.
