My stay at Hanting Hotel (Urumqi Xiaoxigou) was comfortable and offered good value. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi is reliable. The location is also convenient. However, checking in with a Thailand passport was a significant hassle. The staff seemed unfamiliar with international documents, leading to a frustratingly long process. While they eventually got it sorted, this definitely needs improvement for international guests. Despite the initial check-in struggle, the rest of my stay was pleasant. I'd recommend this hotel for its comfort and price, but be prepared for potential delays if you're an international traveler, especially with a Thai passport.

This place is amazing, in terms of location it is located amongst the local housing / schools a little bit in the alley however it is not far from public transportation (the subway is 800m away) and taxis are plenty. The room is great for the price it offers, i stayed in the duplex for 3 nights, it was spacious and clean. The amenities are of great qualities too, towels/bedsheets are clean. The front desk are very welcoming and helpful. I don’t speak Mandarin, however this was not a problem as we can communicate through wechat/translation app and they were willing to help me as much as they could and that alone show that the hospitality is beyond expectation. Another great thing is, one of the host speaks great English too! As a foreigner, this is a plus point of staying at this great accomodation, although I would suggest that any traveler to learn a little bit of the local language to have a more memorable travel experience. The host gives great travel advices as well. I would definitely be back again at this place when I visit Xinjiang in the future 💖

I had reserved a twin room for 2 nights, and I wanted to reserve a family room for the following 3 nights. As I was in Urumqi earlier, I visited the hotel and was shown a very nice family (1 large bed, 1 single bed) room, and I could had it for the 5 days. Thus I decided to add the 3 more nights. When I arrived the due day, things had changed. Now they could not upgrade the first 2 days to the family room - fair enough. But was is not acceptable is that the large room that I was promised and for which I paid, was not available anymore (”the client decided to stay one more night”), then I had to stay in a small family room where we and our stuff didn't fit. The next day again I was promised to be moved to a larger room and again it was not true. By that time, I got sick with a serious cold and couldn't move hotels, and I even had to extend my stay one more day in tight conditions because of my cold. Besides, they have too few cleaning stuff for such number of rooms, therefore cleaning was an issue In summary, never believe the manager of this hotel, he will do whatever fits him independently of his previous promises.

Fasilitas: Baris Kebersihan: Ya Lingkungan: Baik Pelayanan: Resepsionisnya sangat ramah Lagi pula, letaknya di sebelah Huijia, dan menurutku harganya masuk akal.
