Hotel dengan Bar di Urumqi

Good hotel in the north of Urumqi, near a subway station and elevated road. Parking is available but can get a bit busy during the day. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the amenities are all brand new. Unfortunately, the hotel seems to be a bit overwhelmed at times by the number of guests. We could only go into our room an hour after the official check-in time. The explanation that this is normal did not make the situation any better. If this is a common problem, the check-in time should be moved back to prevent travelers from arriving too early. Breakfast was mostly Chinese, but basic western items like fresh bean coffee were available. Despite the check-in issues, I would still recommend this hotel to foreign travelers.

The hotel is well situated and modern. My only complaint was no instruction on accessing wi-fi. Needed front desk personnel to enter password bc they didn’t want gust to have access.

Keuntungan Lantai Eksekutif: Layanan di Executive Lounge sangat baik, tetapi jam operasionalnya terlalu pendek, hanya sampai pukul 20.00. Camilan malam hanya tersedia mulai pukul 18.30 hingga 20.00, dan teh sore pada dasarnya hanya minuman. Fasilitas: Pusat kebugaran dan kolam renang sangat baik. Layanan: Staf resepsionis sangat ramah. Meskipun memberikan ulasan positif, saya juga harus menyebutkan satu keluhan penting: kru produksi televisi sedang syuting pada hari kami check in. Ada banyak selebritas, dan mereka tampaknya memenuhi ruangan. Yang saya tahu, suasananya sepi. 這是第一次選擇萬達，應該也是最後一次，正常出行都會選擇高端酒店，因為服務，因為不會有麻煩，這次真的有點讓人失望。首先入住之前，第一次給我打電話，問到達時間，對房間有什麼要求，這個很好，然後我回答了時間，要求陽光好的房間，留了我手機號。之後沒有兩個小時，第二次電話，一樣的內容又問了一遍，我不知道你們為什麼沒有溝通導致一直給我打電話，我説打過電話了，又強調了一次，陽光好點的。然後入住的時候第三次強調，最後房間是一間朝東的，早上九點到十點多有太陽，就再也沒有了。 我知道找前台一定可以換房間，但是太麻煩了，選擇好酒店就是為了輕鬆舒服一點，而不是一次次換房間，如果你們不能提供相應服務，前面就別一次次打電話。 另外也有想定酒店的朋友一定注意，這是兩家萬達在一個樓裏面，事先知道我就不會定了，早餐時間人流多到我真的沒見過，很影響體驗，房間按金其實我很久沒見過了，但是也無所謂，但是退房半天了，按金還要我自己打電話才退也是真可以了。 總之我現在不確定萬達是不是五星，不過這些服務真的顯得有點不專業了

We loved the Urumuqi Conrad! For our entire stay, the service was superb and attentive. We always felt very welcomed. The room was excellent and impeccably maintained. The executive lounge offered both afternoon tea and light dinner service. The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered many made to order items. The bell men and housekeeper all performed very well. Overall, we highly recommend the Urumuqi Conrad.

Hotel ini benar-benar permata tersembunyi! Hanya berjarak dua atau tiga menit berjalan kaki dari Stasiun Urumqi. Tempatnya luas, kamarnya besar, dan sarapannya luar biasa. Layanan resepsionis sangat mengesankan; manajemennya sempurna dan Anda dapat melihat mereka mencurahkan hati mereka ke dalamnya. Dari check-in hingga check-out hingga pengaturan kamar, semuanya ditangani dengan cermat. Manajer resepsionis, seorang wanita muda, sangat perhatian, selalu menanyakan tentang masa inap saya dan seberapa baik saya beristirahat. Sungguh menghangatkan hati! Ini benar-benar hotel dengan suasana yang hangat dan ramah!

This place is amazing, in terms of location it is located amongst the local housing / schools a little bit in the alley however it is not far from public transportation (the subway is 800m away) and taxis are plenty. The room is great for the price it offers, i stayed in the duplex for 3 nights, it was spacious and clean. The amenities are of great qualities too, towels/bedsheets are clean. The front desk are very welcoming and helpful. I don’t speak Mandarin, however this was not a problem as we can communicate through wechat/translation app and they were willing to help me as much as they could and that alone show that the hospitality is beyond expectation. Another great thing is, one of the host speaks great English too! As a foreigner, this is a plus point of staying at this great accomodation, although I would suggest that any traveler to learn a little bit of the local language to have a more memorable travel experience. The host gives great travel advices as well. I would definitely be back again at this place when I visit Xinjiang in the future 💖

We arrived Urumqi early in the morning, but we got a surprise coming at the hotel. All the staffs were superx3 nice and helpful. For check-in, a staff not just gave us a super early checkin, but she also got us an upgrade. Another staff was so patient with us to figure out how to help us for the airport transfer the next day, that she offered us an alarm call and help to call taxi to the airport. For the room, it is spacious, clean and warmly-looked. The settings is nice and comfortable. Toilet is spacious too, convenient for 2 to use at the same time, which I think good and smart. And finally, the special view to the park in autumn was so peaceful. For location, the hotel is near several attractions and you can take a taxi to Grand Bazzard with reasonable cost. Definitely and strongly recommended to anybody who come to Urumqi.
