This happened after we changed rooms, and she complained to me, as if I shouldn't have asked for a change when there was a problem with the room. I was too tired at the time. When she said she'd clean the room and took us there, I kept my eyes half-closed, watching my feet, and followed my friend's footsteps. She didn't even look at the room. We both fell asleep fully clothed, without even lifting the covers. When we woke up, we couldn't find the washing machine. When we asked, she started misinterpreting my meaning, saying she'd asked me which room was okay. I was confused. I had repeatedly stated that we were staying for several days and needed a washing machine in the room. Whether it was a double bed or twin beds didn't matter; the main thing was having a washing machine in the room! Then the housekeeping started grumbling about how I changed rooms too often. But I wanted a comfortable stay, so I endured the discomfort and eventually changed to the room I'd initially agreed upon. During my stay, every time I asked the housekeeping to clean, they grumbled and seemed reluctant, complaining about the cost of a single set of bedding and how high the cost was. I definitely won't be coming back. Not recommended! The hot water was practically nonexistent. There was only a tiny bit of steam for about twenty minutes; a shower was barely enough to rinse it off before the water cooled down. The housekeeping either forgot to put out towels or left dirty linens on my open suitcase. It was truly awful. I rarely give bad reviews, but this is the first one. Last time, the hotel next door had a terrible bathroom smell that permeated the whole room, and I didn't even give it a bad review. This one is absolutely terrible! Avoid this hotel! A major disappointment!"
