Ulasan Radisson Blu Hotel London Stansted Airport

No bed for my child was in the room, it took an hour for the bed to arrive. During that time, we noticed that the room was quite dirty and had hair from the previous occupants all across the bathroom. The toilet seat was stained, dirt and debris all over the carpet floor, stains on the wall and filthy skirting birds. No fridge because it wasn’t a “premium room” so I had to get a sticker from reception and ask them to hold items in their fridge. After complaining to reception, we weee moved to a better room, but the same issues were prep at, however not so bad. Still, no bed was prepared upon arrival, my son was sleeping and 2 hours after mentioning to reception there was no bed it finally arrived. Easy check in and out though, refreshments available on arrival and a decent gym, swim sauna facilty. Finally, it’s worth mentioning that no windows can be opened and the rooms are very musty and stuffy, you depend wholeheartedly on the air conditioning which is not on upon arrival and takes hours to clean and refresh the air inside the room. Avoid, only positives are the location and wellness facilities.

TheRadisun blue was great. Trip.com was the let down. I needed to get in touch over a booking matter which the au chat couldn’t deal with and after searching for over an hour, there was not one phone number to speak to a person. I ended up having to rebook my stay at an extra cost of £104 Nightmare

When you arrive the hotel looks very good. The room are a little bit old and for this reason doesn’t appear clean (at least is clean). For example in the bathroom there is a lot of limescale. Great position if you arrive late at Stansted airport or if you leave early in the morning. The breakfast is good, not the best one that I seen, but I liked it: complete and everything clean at the breakfast room. It’s a good solution for staying one night without any particular expectation.

Comfortable stay just a couple minutes away from the airport

This hotel is very close to the airport. Just 5 to 10 mins walk distance. The room is tidy and clean. The bar located in the Center of the hotel is fancy and stylish. I highly recommend Trevaler to stay there !

Stayed for a quick overnight rest and the staff were friendly, with clean rooms and walking distance from the terminal.

The hotel was very nice and very well maintained. However, the staff we were welcomed with was particularly unkind and disrespectful. We arrived on a rainy day, with 5 luggages and when we asked for help from the reception they said this wasn’t their problem and refused to send any help. After rushing inside my daughter went to start the check in. We were received by “Mohamed” who told her we couldn’t check in until much later and told us we should wait approximately 3 hours which was a problem as we had a flight to catch later in the evening. My daughter asked if there could be an exception and not only did Mohamed loudly tell her no, he also laughed at her english speaking skills. This upset my daughter and made her cry. We travel very frequently and this was absurd, we are afraid he may be racist towards customers. It’s truly upsetting as my daughter was very respectful towards him. However, not all staff members were rude, as Angelika served us at the hotel restaurant with kindness and respect. She put a lot of effort to make us enjoy our stay and we truly suggest you consider her as manager of reception to receive guests, as she would surely do a better job than the staff currently working at your reception.

This was my 1st time at this hotel and it was very convenient! Near the airport and so clean! I think it was one of the best hotels near an airport ever! Would stay again. You need to book in advance to get a cheaper price!

Very nice hotel and great location

Hotel had everything I needed and more. Perfect location, very friendly staff, comfy bed and very pleasant shower. Unfortunately my stay wasn’t long enough to use other facilities, but would certainly love to if I was there longer. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Love our stay! The room was clean, the lobby was clean, the food in the restaurant was top. The receptionist (I forgot to ask her name, but she is tiny and has blonde hair) was very nice and welcoming, she also helped us print our boarding passes for the next morning flight. There was one thing that it bothered me is that they don’t provide bottle of water. I know that is safe to drink from the faucet, but it’s always better to provide some water.

Our flight was delayed and we didn't end up checking in until after 1am but the check-in process was smooth. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, except for some slippers. The shower was great!
