Though the hotel may be a bit outdated, the room is spacious and clean. The reception staff is very helpful and the breakfast has many food choices.

Good location. Very nice view from my room and rooftop restaurant. Spacious and clean room. Staff are nice and patient. The front desk staff Ioannis is very helpful to arrange airport transfer for us. The driver is very helpful too. Great experience. Highly recommended.

Clean rooms, convenient location, close to the subway station, many restaurants nearby, rich breakfast, you can see the view of the Acropolis, delicious dinner food, but the hotel room is a bit old

The hospitality of the staff, the cleanliness of the facilities, everything was perfect! My mother uses a wheelchair and the support was excellent. And best of all, the location from which we could see the Parthenon during breakfast was the best! This is a must-visit hotel when you visit Athens.

The room is quite big and clean, and the waiter is very friendly. However, I have to go to Delphi for two days, and I wanted to store my luggage for two days. The front desk charged 60 Euros for luggage storage, which I didn't like. When I went to Santorini for 3 days while staying at Electra Palace, there was no charge for luggage storage. However, the location of the hotel is very good, and it is convenient to go everywhere!

The room was OK, clean and hygienic. The suite had a direct view of the Acropolis. The front desk service was OK, but the luggage was not delivered to the room. We stayed for three consecutive nights. On the first night, they provided red wine, soda water, and fruit. We finished the red wine, but they did not actively add more on the next two days. They provided two bottles of mineral water on the first day, but only one on the second day. How could one bottle of water be enough for our family of three? Fortunately, I asked my daughter to call the room service for an extra bottle. We think that these facilities should not be asked by guests, but should be added by the room service staff when cleaning the room! The breakfast is indeed relatively simple, and the breakfast is exactly the same for three consecutive days!

The hotel is located in the Syntagma Square area, with very convenient transportation. It is located in the center of Athens, surrounded by shopping, supermarkets, and dining facilities. The Acropolis can also be seen directly from the restaurant on the 10th floor. Whether in the morning or at night, the scenery is beautiful and it is recommended to stay.

First of all, the location of the hotel is very good, in the city center, and the main attractions can be reached by foot. The view of the restaurant on the top floor should be the best in Athens, and you can see the Acropolis and the Parthenon very clearly. The service is very poor, and it feels that they are not friendly to Chinese people.
