**Translation:** Check-in was quick, especially considering the typically lengthy and thorough document verification process for foreigners in China. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.

We had a rest there with the family from March 23 to 29, and it was unforgettable. I fell in love with this hotel at first sight! Firstly, the location is just perfect - everything is within walking distance. Secondly, the hotel itself is a real fairy tale! The rooms are cozy, clean and very stylish. And the most important thing is the service! Every day we were treated to impeccable cleaning, fresh towels and replenished water supplies. You feel like home, only better! The staff was incredibly attentive and caring. Any of our requests were fulfilled instantly and with a smile) In general, if you are planning a trip to Heihe, then "Lavender" is definitely the best choice! This is not just a hotel, this is a place where dreams of a comfortable and unforgettable vacation come true. Thank you "Lavender" for these wonderful days! I will definitely come back here again!

For HeiHe the hotel is just top! One big minus is the breakfast. Very poor, no cheese, no omelet, no cappuccino, no pastries. For the first time I see that at breakfast in a hotel there is no juice or water! Otherwise, it is quite acceptable to stay for a day.

The hotel is excellent! Pros: - location - city center, near Huafu shopping center; - beautiful rooms, fresh renovation, clean linen; - breakfasts - mostly Chinese, but there is plenty to choose from (rice with vegetables, steamed buns, sausages and nuggets, scrambled eggs with vegetables, toast, croutons, boiled eggs). There is a coffee machine and black tea in bags, milk; - "smart home" system, curtains are pulled apart from a button near the bed, music plays in the shower, you also need to figure out where to turn on what))). Cons: - there are no suitable rooms for a family of 4, we had to book two rooms; - in one of the rooms the shower and toilet had glass, absolutely transparent walls!! Not matte, you can see everything, and there are no curtains))) and you go out of them straight into the room... Of course, I understand that there are no secrets in the family, but not to that extent))) But in the other room there was a normal bathroom with a door. Overall, I recommend the hotel, if the glass doors of the bathroom are very confusing, you can ask to change the room.

Overall we liked the hotel, everything is new and modern, they have typical Chinese breakfasts. Also, their line of cosmetics with the scent of, of course, lavender is used throughout the hotel. Initially, we booked three rooms (two couples and children). Everyone was given rooms with a transparent wall in the bathroom, which could not be closed, we told about this at the reception and they replaced one room with a regular one (where the bathroom and toilet are without a transparent wall). Be prepared for this and in advance, if anything, warn the staff. Also, in the rooms with a glass wall in the bathroom there was a window (in the toilet) and there was a constant draft from it, it was cold to take a shower. And in the room with a regular bath there was no exhaust fan. The location of the hotel is good, Hua Fu was right across the block, and there are many small shops and cafes nearby, there is also a chain cafe like KFC, be sure to try it! The rooms themselves were very warm, we were in the coldest weather and the temperature inside was about +30, there are also humidifiers.
