The hotel is beautifully located by a serene, quiet lake, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing stay. It is particularly popular among families with children, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast is fantastic, especially if you go early in the morning when the food is freshly prepared. However, later in the day, the selection may not be as fresh. While the staff does not speak English, navigating your stay is still manageable with some basic Chinese and the help of Google Translate—just as it is in many parts of China. I highly recommend booking a room with a spa on the balcony. These rooms are located on the second floor, offering greater privacy and more outdoor space. The spa feature itself can be a bit tricky to use—you need to ensure the water level is just right, as too much or too little will prevent it from working properly. Overall, the hotel is very clean, and the staff is accommodating and responsive to any requests. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent amenities, this is a great choice. Hello everyone. We stayed at this hotel at the end of November 2024. Initially, we booked the hotel for 5 days, then we extended, extended and in the end, we stayed there for 11 nights. The hotel is new, clean. The rooms have good quality robes, toiletries. We were quite satisfied with the breakfasts. We were pleased with the availability of freshly squeezed juices. The main staff does not speak English, but this is not a problem, since the on-line translator saves us, and the staff tries very hard to understand what you want from them. The only person who speaks excellent English was the manager Sam. A man passionate about his work. He told us a lot about the hotel and what is nearby. And there is a lot there: a park with playgrounds, a bungee jump, and a birdhouse with parrots. Sam showed us a place next to the hotel, which is a set for films. Boat station, where you can take a boat and take a walk on the lake and go straight to the hotel grounds. The hotel itself is in a great location, in a lowland, on the shore of the lake. If you plan a trip to Kunming, then it is far from the city. But we needed a quiet and beautiful place. And we got it. With the window open in the evenings and mornings you can hear the fish splashing in the lake and the ducks quacking. It was great to sleep, as the mattress and pillows are of excellent quality. We will definitely come back here and will recommend it to our friends. P.S. Once again, we say a huge thank you to Sam, he not only told and showed us a lot about the hotel and the surrounding area, he also helped us solve some issues with our luggage at the airport. A wonderful, responsive person. The hotel management is very lucky to have such a person on their team.

Hotel is beautiful and very new. Amenities are incredible. Some of the staff is a bit inexperienced. Breakfast was good but dinner was absolutely amazing!!

設施：酒店很新，設施很新，裝修也很有品味，一樓大堂下午還有免費的下午茶。 餐飲：我和小朋友對酒店早餐要求非常高，吃到美味的早餐，我們一天都會很開心。酒店早餐選擇非常豐富，西式中式滇式都有，還可以自製烤餌塊！酒店內還有過橋米線，中午不出門的話，在酒店就可以品嚐雲南的米線！ 衞生：衞生條件很好 環境：環境不要太好，簡直就是生態公園！我們定的湖景，晚上是伴着禮花和星星睡着，白天可以欣賞美麗的湖景，能看到白鷺和黑天鵝在湖面嬉戲。 服務：服務響應很及時，態度也很好 攝影：酒店贈送了旅拍攝影，攝影師阿文技術很好，我們全家9人，其中兩個小朋友，今年昆明過年非常冷，阿文在半小時就完成所有抓拍，我們花半小時完成選照片，整個過程短短1小時。我們收穫到了非常珍貴的照片。全程也沒有人強制消費。非常推薦！ 我本來家裡房子在安寧，離酒店開車8分鐘，這次大家庭來昆明，遇到寒潮，就近定的這酒店，沒想到酒店竟然這麼給力，家人評價都非常非常好！真心推薦真心打call，酒店本身非常適合親子，選湖景房就很好很好了，不需要選擇更貴的湯屋。如果要泡温泉，安寧的選擇很多，但一定要住在這個酒店，這是安寧最好的酒店啦！！

硬件、環境都非常好的酒店！春節後人少景美，娃獨享了泳池。服務也好，走時忘了充電器，退房後打來電話告知。配套的旅拍也很好，酒店的各種小景非常出片，負責拍攝的阿俊攝影師專業且温暖，是一次愉快的旅拍體驗，搞定了媽媽本命年的全家福，一家人都很開心！

房間很大很寬敞，明亮通透，正對湖和山景，心曠神怡，服務都很積極主動，除了負責泳池的前台，問她要小童拖鞋，回答門口有就有，沒有就沒有了🙂↔️.早餐也不錯，品種豐富，小朋友體驗了馬術和高爾夫，酒店會派車送到山上的馬術俱樂部，門口的迎賓服裝儀式感很足，一天一套西裝，很養眼！雙床房是榻榻米，可以拼一起變成超大床，睡兩大兩小完全寬敞，泳池恆温很暖和，樓下還有露營燒烤釣魚皮划艇，項目很多哦，值得推薦

朋友推薦刷了幾次的親子酒店，我是過年期間去的，第一：是過年期間價格沒有漲價太離譜。第二：入住check in時候 有專門的人給我們介紹酒店親子項目 酒店設施，還送了過年小孩子小禮品。第三：酒店小孩子的泳池很乾凈也很暖和，值得去

帶着爸媽，還有姐姐一行，訂了三間房，還免費升級了一間，酒店設計非常好，房間空間很大，設施一流；附近自然景觀一流，湖光山色；春節期間還舉辦了寫春聯等有趣的活動，房間送的旅拍剛好滿足我們想拍全家福的願望！酒店服務員也很熱情，非常適合家人休閑度假，推薦👍👍

房間大，陽台對着湖，湖畔看到山上的樹林山頂的別墅，可以去湖對岸奇遇森林玩皮划艇遇到黑天鵝很美，酒店配有恆温泳池，按摩池，小童戲水池，孩子很喜歡，游泳很舒服，早餐種類很多特色小吃，燒餌塊很受小孩歡迎。正餐西餐為主也有米線和白切雞飯等，比較一下隔壁3分鐘到的玉灣食坊飯菜更家常些參考。 玉龍灣的公園也在附近湖邊，鸚鵡園可以喂鸚鵡還有其他的遊戲項目可以自己買票，酒店會有電瓶車接送。春節還有煙花看，一百分的體驗家人很滿意。離機場遠些，不過叫車很方便的
