Overall, the hotel offered a great experience. The rooms were spacious, the staff was helpful, and the spa was a highlight—definitely worth trying. However, the location of the property could be more convenient. One issue I had was with the staff’s ability to provide clear information; I had to look elsewhere for details about the public airport bus, which was frustrating. It would be great if the team were better trained in this regard. That said, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying again if I return.

Pet friendly what I looking for but the room is very old and should be renovated. I was very unimpressed with the housekeeping. The bed sheets and towels were so old that I didn't dare to use them. Coz no matter how much I spent from the hotel is, the cleanliness of the equipment is the standard for hotels at every price level. Also I booked the deluxe room but I m not sure I got what I booked for, it was looked like a standard room. I’m very disappointed here. However, all the receptionists and staff, especially in the restaurant, were all very nice. My mother is a vegetarian. The chef prepared a special meal for her out from the buffet line breakfast. I appreciate it! The view of the rice fields next to the mountain is fantastic. I have a toy dog good for him to walks around. Extra charge for pet was acceptable. And good location in town connect to 2 beaches. Overall I’ll give 2/5 for this place. I prioritize cleanliness!!!!

Very lovely place, close to a lot of things but also off the main road so quieter and not as busy. Nice restaurant with very pretty views

Staff was very helpful and in any kind of problem they acted very quickly to solve the issue. Hotel is located in a quiet area of Patong and is easily accessible. Rooms were cleaned daily. Pool was great. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of fruits and salads.

Location wise- quiet and near to store like 7e It is in patong itself..about 15-20min walking to the beach Not recommended to stay here..better find hotel near kalim beach Cleanliness- the room is old,water is dirty,need to wait a few min to get clear water Service&amenities-deposit about 2k baht,ridiculous,no iron at all,per piece 40baht,not allowed early check in Please dont trust the picture..the place is not as per picture..very disappointed..i am sorry bad experience here..

It wonderful to stay here 2 night with my daughter, can't believe there is good hotel , nature view , rice fields, big swimming pool, behind the road of everything in day and night life just walk Thank you very good promotion from Trip booking with good prices. Recommend to visit.

We booked a mountain view room but we have been given a room without mountain view without informing us initially. When we informed this to the reception they said we need to wait till 1400 and the young female receptionist talked very arrogantly like quarreling with us. Matter is that we understand the situation, but should have been informed us before sending to the room. The water supply in the shower was insufficient.

Not bad, good location and quiet in the evening, comfy beds.

- Location wise it is quite okay to walk around the place with a nearby local eating area and accessible to different transportations - Service & cleanliness are sadly poor. The staffs on the day during my visit were very helpful and approachable. However, during afternoon to night, staffs were opposite personality. The staffs in the front desk did not believe that we did not receive 2 complimentary drinking water, did not respond to our concern regarding the aircon that is not cooling or will cool after hoursssss and brought us Baygon since we told them that the room has a lot of mosquitoes. We borrowed it since we could not spray yet since we were still in the room and kept saying 'no!' despite explaining that it's harmful to spray while we were inside. And did not do anything when we were away. Towels have stains too so we did not use most of them. 😬 Good side is they come to our room daily to make bed, pick-up our rubbish and refill the tissue papers (inconsistently 😬) but they still did. - Amenities were all present as stated in the website. Looks beautiful but did not have the chance to experience due to tight schedule
