Ulasan XO Hotels Blue Square

Kami mengalami beberapa kesulitan menemukan hotel ini karena lokasinya yang jauh dari pusat kota. Kami butuh waktu sekitar 30 menit untuk menempuh perjalanan dari hotel ke Amsterdam Central. Saat kami tiba di hotel, kami diberi tahu bahwa mereka sedang offline dan tidak dapat menerima kami check in. Mereka tidak memiliki perkiraan kapan sistem mereka akan kembali online. Selama kami menginap, ada insiden di mana dua pria memasuki kamar putri saya. Ini terjadi karena staf di bagian resepsionis secara keliru menandai kamar sebagai kamar kosong dalam sistem. Meskipun hotel meminta maaf dan menawarkan kami sarapan gratis, insiden itu membuat kami merasa tidak nyaman dan khawatir. Layanan tata graha juga tidak konsisten, dengan beberapa pagi kamar tidak dibersihkan dengan benar. Selain itu, kami menemukan kecoak mati di kamar kami. Kami menemukannya pada hari pertama, dan setelah 5 malam di hotel ini, kecoak itu masih tergeletak di karpet, yang menunjukkan bahwa layanan tata graha tidak menyedot debu kamar kami sekali pun selama kami menginap selama 5 hari. Selain itu, beberapa handuk kami kotor. Meskipun kamarnya relatif luas, lokasi hotelnya kurang baik. Oleh karena itu, saya tidak akan merekomendasikan hotel ini.

It was nice except that breakfast ends early at half 10, also there are malls around and food places

Room is clean and comfortable but little bit far away from the centre, need to get the tram and bus to get there.

Great location, pretty much near grocery stores and restaurants. Bus stop is just few minutes walk and not too far from the city

If you’re a tourist, you’re better off somewhere else. Invest in a good room. Don’t cheap yourself out! We rushed our trip and didn’t get to research hotels properly. We ended up here mainly because of price. If you’re thinking “you get what you pay for”, tbh I think there are places in the same price range who are much better. Anyway, the area is a bit sketchy to start. Dutch people are the minority. The building looks old too, inside AND outside. (Especially inside) Going inside, the lobby already had a certain smell. Further inside, our room smelled SO bad. It was hard to breathe until I adjusted to the smell (no one has to go through this!). I’d get a whiff of piss smell from time to time too, it was awful. The bottom of the bed was full of dust too. Something was probably hidden there. Then for the service, housekeeping doesn’t speak English. This gave me a feeling that maybe this hotel isn’t meant for tourists, but probably for migrants. One off thing that happened was 2 housekeeping people just barged in while we were inside. One good thing about our stay though was the bathroom. It was nice, and I think was recently renovated. Really nice.

I had such a wonderful experience staying at the XO Blue Square! The staff's honesty and exceptional service truly made my stay exceptional.

Room size was ok and beds comfortable. It is far from the city center but well connected by public transport

Nice and clean room, a bit far to the center area but near with public transport. There is car parking as well

Service of the reception staff was great. Rooms were in good condition, had a room without a bath, and changed to a room with a bath without any problems. I would gladly go back because of tram/bus service to town and most available in same area. Just a shame they charged us 5 Euros for an hour earlier check in. There's a non smoking and no bar/ restaurant but plenty around the hotel. All in all a fat 9.....

Good Quality Price hotel.

Great location, quiet and clean room, will choose it for the next time.

20-30 minutes from central by bus. But the location near to halal food.

Pretty good hotel for a pennie in Amsterdam West. Good equipped but could be cleaner and the clima is very loud. All in All solid.
