Ulasan The Crib Patong

Lokasinya bagus banget, tapi di dalamnya terlalu lembab. Ada pasar di sebelahnya, enak banget bolak-balik antara Pantai Patong dan Walking Street, dan banyak tempat pijat di dekatnya, jadi lokasinya bagus banget.

Begitu sampai kamar awalnya terlihat bisa diterima, dengan AC berdering sangat penting, disebut pemeliharaan untuk pergi dengan santai, tidur sampai tengah malam, ada kebisingan khusus, kamar mandi keesokan harinya dengan meja depan memberi tahu saluran pembuangan kamar mandi tersumbat, katanya ikutan, Sampai saya menginap minggu ini tidak ikutan, saya tidak mau pindah kamar, soalnya saya menginap dua hari terima, karena barang bawaan untuk packing lagi merepotkan, jadi tidak apa-apa😞

Lokasi bagus tetapi banyak poin negatif. Tidak ada lemari pakaian, hanya gantungan yang digantung di bar. AC tepat di atas tempat tidur dan sangat bising. Kamar kedap suara buruk. Kolam renang yang tutup pada jam 6 sore, bukan jam 8 malam yang direncanakan semula. Saat layanan kamar datang, lantai tidak dibersihkan dan sprei diganti 1 dari 3 kali. Staf sangat terbatas dalam bahasa Inggris dan juga sangat kasar. Hotel lain di jalan yang sama jauh lebih baik dan dengan staf yang ramah. Pertama dan terakhir kali saya datang ke hotel ini. Melarikan diri!!!

It was our second time staying at the crib. Our first night was not bad, but the second time was very noisy. I assumed that perhaps our second time there was during the weekend; however, I will not go back if I have to stay over the weekend. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and in a good location.

Best place to stay. Walking distance to market, mall and bangra street.

The Crib is a nice city hotel, we didn’t expect proximity to the beach. We were close to the center and the Bangla street. The hotel has many food and coffee shops around. The rooms are modern and in good condition. The staff is helpful and fast. We had a clogged toilet and they fixed it in 5 minutes. The breakfast is okay and was refilled quickly. Due to Christmas the minibar was for free and they even provided us the remaining drinks for take away. Two negative points: 1) the outside AC unit was noisy sometimes (especially during night) and we mentioned to the staff but they didn’t fix it. During New Year’s Eve the rooftop was closed, which was very sad because it would have been a great place to watch the fireworks.

The hotel was absolutely clean and the staff was also accommodating,. I highly recomended ds hotel because aside of very clean and good ambience its is very near to the shopping mall and restaurant.

Staff is SUPER EXTRA kind, welcoming, friendly they are treating you as family member not as guest only (common spirit in Thailand 🇹🇭 🫶🏽) Breakfast was amazing through all my staying. They have rooftop swimming pool.. looking great but unfortunately i didn’t try it.. 🥲 Much love The Crib Patong ♥️

It was a pleasant experience last year. However, I wanted to bring to your attention an issue with the swimming pool. On the first day we visited, the pool water appeared yellowish, which was concerning. Additionally, my father observed some guests washing their feet in the pool, which may have contributed to the problem. I believe improved pool maintenance would enhance the overall experience. Thank you for considering this feedback, and I hope to see improvements on our next visit.
