Good location in the old city. All attractions are within walking distance. The rooftop terraces provide a good view. Room is small and furnitures are dated, but acceptable, breakfast buffet average with limited selection. Overall not too bad but expensive for what’s on offer.

Excellent location to explore old town. Great staffs, good breakfast and fabulous hotel and very comfortable bed. I would stay here again and recommend to my friends and family. Thanks

The location was good, however the bathroom in my room smelt very bad, getting worse on my second day. Additionally the shower head holder was broken. The breakfast was also not that good. Otherwise the room was comfortable enough, however I wouldve expected a bit more attention to detail for the price

Nice little hotel, inside the old town of Itchan Kala, perfect for visiting Khiva and close to all the main attractions, the staff is friendly and helpful. Not too easy to reach with a taxi as some of them cannot enter the old town. Beautiful view from the terrace which is unfortunately not used properly. Average breakfast.

Really comfortable hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are clean and spacious and it’s very quiet at night. The staff are very friendly and accommodating! I’d recommend this hotel to Khiva visitors.

Впечатление от отеля 10 из 10. Впервые выспалась. Невероятная тишина и удобные кровати. Расположение- внутри Ичан Калы. Маршрутка доезжает до Северных ворот ( из Ургенча) . Завтрак- разнообразный. Рекомендую .
