We stayed at Heritage house for 3 nights as part of a 4 day safari package (which was excellent). From our arrival to when we left, we could not have felt more welcome. We had 2 very comfortable rooms and use of the communal dining area which includes a pool and sofas for chilling out. There is also a kitchen with a fridge. Bonita was brilliant. She showed us around when we arrived, guided us on what our itinerary would be and how to make best use of our time in St Lucia. Overall, we absolutely loved our time in St Lucia. A memorable highlight of a fantastic trip. Thank you to Bonita and the whole Heritage team.

Fantastic stay at Heritage House during our stay during our safari. Bonita was warm and welcoming and very helpful. All of the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was great and the breakfast was also fantastic. Perfect stay in the evenings between safari (reviewed also). Fantastic and would recommend.

Firstly a shout out to all the staff and guides. Nothing was to much trouble for Bonita, Zanele and Lee at the accommodation, Bheki on the sunset tour, Denis on the Hippo cruise and Yam on the full day Imfolozi safari and the Cape Vidal beach trip. If you get chance, do them all Everything was extremely well organised and the food we got on the trips out was spot on. We only had one breakfast at @ Heritage House, but it was freshly cooked to order and very tasty. The accommodation was cosy & comfortable and lacked for nothing. It was a two minute walk back to the main street to choose a restaurant for evening meal and the was plenty of choice. (lk Love Rsa, right next door to the Heritage Tours office had the best coffee in the whole of our trip) Do all the tours you can fit in, the guides are fantastic and very very knowledgeable and able to find things that you wouldn't stand a chance of finding on your own. Wish we'd planned for longer there!

My brother and I visited this week and Heritage House was wonderful. Bonita , Zanele & Lee really looked after us for the whole trip. Our bed room was clean with all the amenities we needed and we both slept very well in a shared twin room. The bathroom was great with strong flow of warm water. And we had bottled water provided for drinking. Our breakfast were delicious and the hosts were kind and effective in catering for our complex dietary needs. The tours that were arranged were also fantastic we saw 4/5 of the big five in their natural habitats across morning evening and night tours. Overall this was a fantastic experience and I am recommending it to all my friends and family.

On May 5 last, we drove all day through the Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park with our guide Siya. Along the way, Siya gave an extensive report on the flora and fauna we encountered. Unfortunately we didn't see any lions, but that shouldn't spoil the fun. The breakfast and the braai (partly vegetarian) were excellent! Thanks again for the tour of the park!

Lovely place - the hostess Bonita couldn't do enough for us. Very comfortable room and really comfortable bed, with TV, kettle and tea and coffee making facilities and excellent breakfast Well placed in St Lucia. Been there before and we will be back as the standard is very high

Great place with fine rooms and delicious breakfast. Bonita and staff were very helpful, for instance we got our clothes washed for a small extra payment. Only minus was that we didn't have time for relaxation and pool becaus of all the tours we had booked ;-)
