Hotel Spa di Krabi

Anak-anak saya sangat menyukai hotel di Krabi ini sehingga mereka berendam di kolam renang setiap hari. Setelah seharian di laut, saya masih harus terus berendam di kolam renang tanpa makan sekalipun. Terdapat banyak anak-anak di kolam renang, bermain bola, berbagai ring renang, dan seluncuran air super. Orang tua juga bisa minum di water bar. Sangat nyaman. Untungnya, kolam renang tutup pada jam 7 setiap malam, jadi kami bisa keluar dan makan. Lingkungan, sanitasi, dan pelayanan semuanya sangat baik. Ruang keluarga yang kami pesan juga sangat luas. Parkir mandiri juga sangat nyaman.

Great location, near to ao nang beach, but not too buzy, near the mosque, lots of halal options. The receptionist, bell man and chill kitchen are great esp Mr tun (bell captain), always smile and very helpful. Breakfast crew are warm and welcoming. However the check in was not on time, was told 40 minutes for the room to be ready, the check in was settled around 4pm. The room was spacious and clean. But the hallways looks like it is still work in progress and quite dusty. We were not happy during our 2nd day as no housekeeping done for our room, we went back late in the evening, called twice for new towel end up going down to the reception to get our room cleaned. This is the 1st out of many five stars hotel we encounter this issue. I was surprised they told us this is a 5 stars hotel..Mind u,we just got back from their sister hotel in lombok (pullman) and it was phenomenal. So we expect the same thing to this hotel. Since this is a newly opened hotel, I hope they will improve..

It started with the parking space in Front of the Hotel, the Reception came to the entrance to welcome us and asked for the ID/ Passport/ Credit Card and we got some refreshment. I am a Permanent Resident and this raise sometimes questions, because it's not so common. They only asked for my Driver License instead of my ID card, I guess because there is the Name in latin letters and Non Residence would have the Passport Number instead of the ID card number. The checkin was very fast done and needed only the email and two signatures. The room have a lot of space, a romantic lightning even in the bathroom. And it's direct at the beach. All staff are super friendly. Even the internship in the Restaurant know was a good service is. And at the checkout we was asked to wait 5 min.. But it take less than 2 minutes. I work for hotels and know what is going on there and this is really impressive. Of course it will be in the high season not always possible to be that fast. The breakfast buffet was more a brunch than just breakfast. From smoked salmon to cheese, even noodles with cheese, from chok to different curries was all there, different kind of bread and pastries, of course fresh fruits, a egg station and a good selection of juice and a coffee. Not every hotel offer in the low season a buffet and even less a huge buffet like this. The location is direct on the sea and you don't see a lot of the area around, what gives 4 Stars. To go to a restaurant outside or see something nice, you need to drive. For us was this not the big issue, because we arrived anyway with the car and in 5 min. you find nice places. Also the street to the Hotel is small and some construction sides, but the people there are also all helpful. The only part where the hotel could improve a little was the fish pond next to the Restaurant, there would be a cleaning needed. What would maybe be done at the next day. We was only one night there and this was not a real issue. But the reason why only 4 of 5 points. All another part of the hotel was in a great condition and very clean. We loved it there and I am sure we will have some another stop overs there

The hotel has a very nice layout with two pools to choose from to swim in. The breakfast buffet is very good with both western and Asian dishes. The are a lot of choices for food, such as eggs, bacon, waffles, fruit, chicken, noodles and cereal. The hotel is located right along the beach which makes it very convenient. The only downside to the hotel is that is far from other areas such as downtown. If you are looking at escaping crowds of people, this is the hotel for you.

Kolam renang pribadi dan Jacuzzi tidak berfungsi. Berhasil pindah ke vila lain setelah kami meminta. Alih-alih inisiatif karena ada vila lain yang tersedia. Vila bagian dalam nyaman dan bagus. Sarapan prasmanan enak karena mereka menawarkan berbagai macam. Lokasi sangat bagus karena lingkungan sekitar menawarkan tempat makan dan minum, pusat perbelanjaan, dan pantai.
