The location is the best part about this hotel. Most rooms will have a good view due to the layout. The property staff are nice and the outdoor staff are very helpful and pleasent. The admin staff are very confused and disorganized, we weren't given any direction when checked in and never told what room were we were in. It seemed like lack of training and poor instinct for customer service in general. In one instance the front desk asked me to solve a problem myself.
For a Mercure property this is a maze of a design. The finishes are incomplete or poorly done and rushed. It's a fairly new property so things are not worn out yet, but still paint, caulking, fixtures are terribly finished. The property is big and you have to walk up and down stairs take elevators and more stairs to get to the pool, breakfast and the gym is in a different building altogether. To exit the property you can walk the maze or call a shuttle.

The floor tile in the bathroom retains moisture poorly and sweats, so the floor is slippery and wet. There is not grip when wearing the in house slippers provided.
Breakfast is basic and not interesting, there is better cheaper options street-side if you can find your way of the property.
This is my first Mercure property experience and I wouldn't stay here again.
Bed and pillows are comfortable.
