The front desk staff are highly professional, and the check-in procedures are efficient and accurate. They are able to patiently answer various questions and introduce the hotel's facilities and services in detail, demonstrating a good professional image and service awareness. The service staff was thoughtful and meticulous, which added a lot of pleasure to the stay. The hotel has an elegant environment, convenient transportation, and is equipped with facilities such as a gym and a swimming pool, providing guests with a great place to relax during their journey. It is a hotel worth recommending. I hope the hotel can continue to maintain its high level of service and management and look forward to staying again in the future.

We got a free upgrade as we are visiting during the lull period. The nice room is nicely equipped, nicely maintained, and has a large balcony looking out at the river. Both the day and night views are amazing. Special shout out to Whitney Huang who took very good care of us at breakfast.
We got free entrance to the onsen area as part of the hotel stay - which was amazing.

The room environment is okay, a regular five-star hotel. The traffic situation is average, it is far away from the ancient city, there is nothing on the anniversary, and the basement is a bit uncomfortable.
Accessories: The brand of snacks provided by the hotel is a bit low...the quality of the towels is also not good;
Breakfast: The variety is very monotonous and the quality is not good
Overall, Wyndham is downgraded in my opinion.

This time, I had a very pleasant stay in your hotel! The hotel environment is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, except that the water temperature in the mountain view room is not hot enough. However, the service attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic, especially the lady Xiaozhen at the front desk, who patiently answered our questions and made us feel at home. Sister Liang helped to change the room, and I will come to experience it next time when I have time.

Environment: Good location, very easy to find, relatively empty around, although on the edge of the train track, but fortunately, not very noisy.
Hygienic: The room is still very clean and tidy. The hot spring pool is not bad.
Facilities: The room has a soup pool, you can soak in the soup, it is very convenient and the privacy is not bad.

PPavelThe hotel is located in a village about 15 minutes drive from Nanmen bay. First we were concerned because the village didn't look like a ”tourist friendly” place. But when we had arrived, all our concerns disappeared. The place is very quiet and chill unlike the hussle and bussle of hotels near the beach.
The hotel is a renovated traditional Chinese house. All facilities are new, clean and made with a good taste and attention to the details. What you definitely don't expect to find in the old Chinese village is an electronic toilet that greets you by opening the lid when you coming into the bathroom. 😁
The room was clean, smelled very good and the linings and towels were superb 5 stars level quality.
The breakfast is simple (Chinese traditional) but fulfilling and tasty.
There are complimentary coffee drip bags in each room and also a coffee machine in the bar area.
The owner of this hotel is a professional traveler. He told us a lot about his trips all over the China and abroad and showed his photo works. He also designed ans made some furniture in the hotel by himself.

GGuest UserWe stayed on the 3rd floor in a family suit with 5 people - two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, spacious. Excellent location to explore Yunshuiyao and visit both Hakka houses Huaiyuanlou and Heguilou along the river within walking distance. Excellent service - free afternoon tea and fruits in the evening. Restaurant also is very good. Reception helped us with the car for to visit Tianluokeng cluster.

DDarylAs it wasn't a busy time and we were staying for a whole week, on check they upgraded us to the Wooden Loft Family Room, which was quite nice. The room was comfortable with big windows and a nice view across the stream to the forest. It was great to have a washing machine and the washing machine had a dryer function as well so we could still dry our clothes when it was cloudy and cool. The smart toilet was a bit disappointing as the controller wasn't very responsive and the flush was very weak. The tub was nice though the water was not quite hot enough to make it comfortable. Most of all we enjoyed the courtyard area and the breakfast/restaurant area, especially the tea room. They are really well designed and organized and provide a nice space to relax and read and write. The breakfast was quite nice, they provide a serving size based on the number of people, though it was often not enough for us and we normally asked for another serving. They also brought a fruit and yogurt platter to the room in evenings which we also enjoyed. The location is convenient to walk down to the Yuchanglou Tulou in Xiabancun, though part of the way will be on the main road which can be busy with traffic. To get to other areas such as Tianluokeng and Taxiacun it is also possible to walk, though again sometimes you have to walk on the main road as there is no walking path or small side road. There is a tourist bus service that goes between the scenic spots and you can even flag them down in between though you are supposed to have purchased a transportation ticket first and that is not striaghtforward to get if you didn't get it in advance. So, most guests come with their own car or rent one. If arriving by train, while trip.com shows the Yongding and Longshan railway stations as the closest, actually the quickest and most convenient station is the one at Nanjing. Also, because the hotel is within the scenic area you do need to purchase tickets to enter, either online tickets or paper tickets at the gate.

The service staff’s attitude is truly amazing and helpful especially the front desk who is very accommodating to our requests, restaurant staffs were very attentive and friendly, great food, not so expensive and the room is very clean, nice & tidy. There is also a park area in front of the hotel. This place is overlooking Zhangzhou and the other side is Xiamen. During the night time, we stayed at the terrace, drink some wine while staring at the beautiful view. Unfortunately, we’ve missed the sunset as it’s too late when we come back to the hotel. We also wake up very early and watch the beautiful sunrise in the morning at the back of the hotel. Also, there are free drinks available in the room and we got sweet soup and fresh fruits available after we come back from our tour. This is a good place to stay, far away from hustle and bustle of the city. It's 4 km to the famous Ten Miles Blue Mountain and it’s overlooking from the hotel. The hotel even sent us to this place by their service van and offered to pick us up back to the hotel which is well appreciated. After we check out, we thought it's easy to get a Didi but ended the hotel offered their service van again to bring us down the mountain to get Didi easily. It’s better to have your own car for your own convenience travelling around this area. We can’t say enough good things about moonlight resort and will surely give them two thumbs up for their amazing service, it was all so great stay! Definitely this hotel is highly recommended, we booked 2 rooms Elegant & Privilege Queen Room it's worth the trip. We hope to come back again next time.

What made me feel the deepest was the boss's enthusiasm. Although breakfast, lunch and dinner are home-cooked dishes, they taste very good, and the ingredients are all green foods. The most commendable thing is that I do not slaughter guests. In addition, the villa is the closest to the four dishes and one soup attraction, and it is also the highest mountain view. GGuest UserWhat an amazing experience to live in the “chopsticks” buildings of the four dishes and one soup! This was a small and beautiful village and the family who ran the inn helped us carry our luggage up to the inn and later down to the inn. When we arrived they cooked a dinner which was reasonable in price based on a local menu. And then during dinner, they told us that one of the family members will be running a free tour of the Tulous of four dishes one soup for us in which they explained the history of the building of the tulous, especially the oval shaped tulou. Our guide was very funny with his stories (he spoke in Chinese) and it was a lovely time seeing the artists and candy makers in the Tulous. I would highly recommend this place. We did have to bring our own towels (or at least we brought our own and they didn’t supply one), so maybe best to check.

FFranscios MichaelI have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below.
1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room.
2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me.
3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant.
4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people.
5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities.

The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

GGuest UserIt was most unusual that we had to pay in advance CNY1,000 when we checked in for only 1 night. Our room rate was CNY427. The following morning when we checked out, the CNY1,000 was refunded immediately and then we paid the actual bill.
The lobby, elevator and room were clean and nice. Huge bathtub, spacious room.
As our group of 8 checked in late, we had buffet dinner in the hotel. Most of the food dishes were almost empty but the staff were helpful in specially preparing dishes for us. The seafood was fresh but the steak and the other meat dishes of pork, chicken, etc were tough and inedible.
