Environment: Good location, very easy to find, relatively empty around, although on the edge of the train track, but fortunately, not very noisy. Hygienic: The room is still very clean and tidy. The hot spring pool is not bad. Facilities: The room has a soup pool, you can soak in the soup, it is very convenient and the privacy is not bad. Service: The front desk service is very good, the attitude of the young lady is super good!

It was most unusual that we had to pay in advance CNY1,000 when we checked in for only 1 night. Our room rate was CNY427. The following morning when we checked out, the CNY1,000 was refunded immediately and then we paid the actual bill. The lobby, elevator and room were clean and nice. Huge bathtub, spacious room. As our group of 8 checked in late, we had buffet dinner in the hotel. Most of the food dishes were almost empty but the staff were helpful in specially preparing dishes for us. The seafood was fresh but the steak and the other meat dishes of pork, chicken, etc were tough and inedible.

The location is very convenient to the ancient streets and there are a lot of restaurants close by. The building has a good view of the city and it is right next to the creek/lake. The room was clean. The staff generally was very friendly and helpful except one girl who was impatient answering our request for food recommendations. We got a cold answer that all information is included in the PDF file they sent and we just need to turn left after walking out. Other than that, we were happy with our stay at this hotel.

The environment is elegant and the air is fresh. The service attitude is very good, and all questions are answered. There are also places for fireside and team building. It is also very interesting to take the kids for a walk. The breakfast is relatively simple, and I hope it can be richer!

These recommendations not only let us taste authentic farm dishes, but also let us experience the natural scenery of Changtai. In addition, Xiaoji also presented vegetables and fruits grown in our heartland valley, this gift from nature, let us feel the sincere and caring of the hotel to the guests.

房間整體都可以，適合一家幾口帶上小孩長者，各自有一間房子，最滿意就是看了幾場煙花，燒了有十多分鐘，不知道是公寓安排還是個人在那燒，反正這個煙花另入住體驗感加分不少。 設施：冰箱太小而且衹是保鮮，沒速凍功能，自備食物不太方便， 衞生：乾淨很好 環境：地下車庫通往公寓電梯方向太黑了，燈光衹有幾處感應燈而且是很暗的，建議換大點瓦數的燈！ 服務：早餐春節期間年初三早上吃基本沒什麼吃，品種少，入住人多，估計是員工放假了，人員忙不過來公寓沒合理安排好，而且是很早7點多就去到吃已經沒多少了。年初四就很好了，品種多不斷增加食物！

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

It was very accurate with the navigation in the past, and there were signs on the road. Facilities: 1. Free parking with more parking spaces. 2. There is a large yard outside the homestay, a pool and seats. 3. There is a leisure area on the first floor of the homestay, where three or two friends can rest and chat. 4. The room is spacious and the bed is big. The two sun-facing windows, light and ventilation are very good, and the curtains have good shading effect. Service: Any problems, call the boss, have been solved very well. Tips: 1. The curtains are pulled off by the customers in front, remember to pick them up, otherwise they will not be pulled. 2. The empty bottle of toiletries 3. If you leave the bedside lamp to read before going to bed, the book will have a shadow of 1/3. I don't know if the length of the lamp can be improved.

Beautiful environment, first-class scenery and first-class swimming pool. There are also several homestays nearby, but overall, I personally feel that this location is the best. Mr. likes the small balcony, and drinks a small wine in the bamboo forest at night. It is so uncomfortable. The holiday is so slow. Listening to birds in the morning, smelling insects at night, I haven't had such a relaxing life for a long time, fireworks at night is a plus item, and the experience is a great homestay. The young lady at the homestay is intimate and enthusiastic, and the barbecue equipment is a professional imported equipment, which is worth adding one more star. Can book the front room type above the 3rd floor, the scenery is better. Finally, the location of the homestay is more convenient to go to Tianzhu Mountain Happy World, Haixi Golf. Suitable for couples, parents, good friends and other self-driving tours. I hope to have a second brush in the future.
