Hengli Hotel is really considerate and enthusiastic. During my stay, I was impressed by the service attitude of the hotel housekeeper, Miss Jiang Yining. She introduced me from the front desk to the guest room bit by bit. The little girl who loves to laugh, her warm smile and meticulous and thoughtful service made me feel the warmth of home. The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout, which brought me an extremely comfortable experience for my stay. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, such a room is very satisfying. The bedding in a hotel is very good, with soft mattresses, clean sheets and bedding, which brings me sweet dreams every night. The breakfast provided by the hotel is varied and nutritionally balanced, combining Chinese and Western cuisine, meeting the taste needs of different guests, making every breakfast a wonderful enjoyment. In the future, Lao Suzhou will still choose Hengli Hotel.

Loving the service and amenities of this hotel. We went there during the count down weekend, we didn't manage to get our breakfast, the front desk packed 4 sets of breakfast for us as we need to rush to the train station. The hot springs were amazing too. This is by the lake, so you can actually rent their bikes to cycle along the beautiful lake.

Treasure Hotel Apartment is located in the core scenic area of ​​Suzhou Bay, only 200 meters away from Suzhou Bay Grand Theater, Museum, and Yuehu Terrace. The floor-to-ceiling windows face Taihu Lake. The hotel is spacious and bright, and the furniture is all painted panels with a cream-yellow color. The decoration is high-end and environmentally friendly with a strong sense of design. The floor is decorated with wooden boards and carpets, and the functions are divided. The leather sofas, dining tables, and coffee tables are of exquisite quality. There is a row of kitchens at the entrance, which are even equipped with various tableware and chopping boards. It is tidy and clean, and there is a large refrigerator and a fully automatic washer-dryer in the bathroom! The breakfast was rich. It was the Qingming Festival, and there were many guests and many meals. The food was quickly filled. The standard swimming pool shared with the adjacent Hengli Hotel in the same building was open from 7:00-22:00. There were many service staff and they were not tired of it. The staff from the restaurant to the swimming pool were all polite and touching. The accommodation cost was about 300, which was great value for money!

The room is very clean and the facilities are relatively new. The location of the hotel is good, close to the high-speed rail station, and it is convenient to travel between cities and you can get there by walking!

The inn is a lovely place and it is close to the Tongli main entrance. It is also walking distance of all the major scenic spots. The surroundings were beautiful and very peaceful. Occasionally, we could hear people chatting outside of the building, but it wasn't disruptive. The receptionist was exceptionally welcoming – we were 100% pleased with the service! We'll definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Suzhou.

The hotel is by the lake, the night view is beautiful, the front desk staff is very enthusiastic, I didn't know how to use the treadmill, and someone came up to guide me at 6 o'clock in the morning (later found out that it was the staff responsible for making coffee in the restaurant), the buffet breakfast has a rich variety, there is a staff, a short girl (forgot to see the brand name), the whole process is enthusiastic and proactive service, very good, next time I will stay. There is also a free Hanfu experience, time is short, I can only regret to experience it next time [Heart]

Yesterday, I came to Golden Riverside Hotel with my family. As soon as I entered the door, I met the housekeeper Xiao Lu. She was very warm and welcoming. She quickly helped us upgrade the room. We added each other on WeChat. As soon as I arrived in the room, I received a WeChat message from the housekeeper Xiao Lu telling me what time dinner was on which floor and what facilities were available. She also sent me information about the surrounding tourist attractions. It felt very warm. We also watched a movie in the evening. We had a lot of fun on this three-day and two-night trip. I will definitely recommend it to friends around us to come and play together. This is the sixth time I have come to this hotel. I will go there again next time I have the chance.

The overall environment of the B&B is elegant, neat and clean, and the details are reflected in the soft furnishings. The highlight is that the decoration style of the garden is grand yet gentle, which is completely in line with my aesthetics. You can sit quietly in the garden and drink afternoon tea, forget all your worries, and be filled with immersive joy. The most suitable thing for the occasion was the loquat tree that was full of fruits. With the consent of the housekeeper, I picked a few and tasted the loquats in season. They were sweet, fresh and delicious [color]. We also had dinner at the B&B at noon, and the chef was very good at cooking. , I made Taihu Three Whites: I ate white shrimp, white fish, and whitebait, so happy! . The warm and beautiful housekeeper greets you with a smile, answers all questions [Bia Teeth], and her service attitude is better than that of a hotel.

Five stars are not enough to express my satisfaction with this hotel. It can be said that it is the best resort hotel in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. It is said that it was designed by a disciple of I.M. Pei , in short, very interesting. The building materials are basically made of natural materials. It is low-key and simple but full of vitality. I like the style very much. The details inside the guest rooms are also very user-friendly and environmentally friendly. For example, no single-use plastic products are used, and mineral water is packaged in free-brand glass and paper bottles. This alone is better than many big-name hotels👍 🌟Service: The standard is very high. From the front desk to the restaurant, spa center and guest rooms, all the service staff who come into contact can call the guests by their last names and remember their preferences. Many service details are particularly heart-warming. For example, you accidentally mentioned a certain kind of tea that you like to drink in the restaurant the day before. When you rest in the front desk area the next day, a service staff will bring you tea and say this is the tea you liked yesterday. The hotel also provides a wide variety of physical and mental experience courses. Basically, there will be a dedicated person to pick you up and wait before and after each course. The hotel's cleanliness standards are also very good, with basically every corner spotless. 🌟Meals: The hotel's The One restaurant deserves the word ”amazing”. Because the hotel focuses on physical, mental and spiritual culture, the meals are also vegetarian. We had dinner + breakfast here, and every dish was delicious beyond our expectations. Even the vegetarian wontons for breakfast were so delicious and unforgettable! 🌟After talking about the basics, let’s talk about the most special thing, which is the culture here. This is truly unmatched by other hotels. After staying here for two days and one night, I didn’t want to play with my mobile phone anymore. I have experienced quantum medical testing, Chanrou, heat therapy, breathing meditation, Tai Chi, musical instrument healing, and cooking classes. Each experience is very unique and can bring physical and mental changes. The teachers are also very professional, and I feel they are even better than the teachers in some professional places in Shanghai. Many projects have not even been seen elsewhere, and you can feel the operators' intentions, which are much better than the so-called ”luxury hotels” that are strong on the outside but do the work on the inside. ❤️Final summary: I thought it was not cheap before I came, but I understand everything after I came!

Great room condition and breakfast buffet are the top level in the world.  Location is quiet good 10 minutes from Expo Center via Taxi.  Largest concern is slippery condition in the bathroom. Slippers are too slippery when moisture on the floor. My college collapsed at the bathroom and hurt severely. I was also almost fell with slipper on but able to grab the door. Hotel must be seriously review this matter and need to find a solution.  We all really loved the hotel so if slipper issues are solved, we will come back again for sure!
