It is in a ideal position: on one hand it lies idyllic on his on hill; at the other hand it takes 5 minutes by feet to reach the village with all kinds of shops. The distance to Siena's historic town centre is only 12 km. There is approx 7,000 m² of grounds with equipped outdoor areas. The ground floor is equipped with an living room (satellite Tv), 1 double bedroom with an extra armchair bed, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom with hip bath, 1 bathroom with shower. The 1st floor has a big kitchen/dining room (dishwasher), 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bed for 1 1/2 places (120 cm large), , 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath (washing machine) and 1 bathroom with shower. The area has 34 castles, churches, ecc. and is ideal for trekking. You will be the only guests and will have house, ground and pool for You alone. No other guests. Sovicille is situated 10 km from Siena (10 minutes drive) at the bottom of the beautiful «Montagnola Senese», which is an hilly aerea and wild-live reserve with holm-oaks, chestnut-trees and many species of protected animals.
