Was terrible room had a leak in the flooring terrible for the price I payed

Clean and friendly staff

Excellent room and good staff

Booked a room and called to request an extra bed. All agreed. At arrival, staff insist no extra bed and couldn't care less as I was told "well there's nothing we can do". Appalling service for such a big hotel.

The hotel is located in a nice green leafy area with plenty of parking. From the outside, the hotel looks very nice. However, we were left a bit disappointed once inside as the aircon seems a little low and there's a lot of deco work in progress along the corridors to the rooms. Given the brand Hilton, one would expect a near £19 per head breakfast to be a bit more than a few items haseley put together. But that's what it seems like and the choice is so limited and depressingly looking that it would be better to travel out and grab anything from just about anywhere. At £190 for a room per night, I wouldn't be staying here again. I have stayed at far cheaper hotels with much better offerings.

這裏離小豬佩奇樂園比較遠，打車需要28磅左右，另外設施比較差，床頭燈壞的，沒有拖鞋沒有牙刷，前台主打一個問就是沒有了，包括你定的房型，沒有了就是隨便安排一個，並不是給你解決好，溝通就是假裝語言不通，你有意見就是主打要轟你出去，這裏感謝攜程工作人員一個晚上都在幫我跟酒店溝通，酒店一個晚上都在敷衍推脱。 圖片也是補充説明，我不想反覆寫了。最後一張圖片是我入住時走廊就有的餐盤，散發著濃郁的味道，整晚都沒人收拾，噁心

酒店設施很不錯，看着乾淨衞生，又很大氣。服務到位下次還會入住。
