Booked this beautiful place on *********** nearly 3 weeks ago and then today 17th March the day before my trip to Clonacody House staff member Helen phoned me to my mobile to say that they were really sorry "but my room had been cancelled" due to them running out of available rooms and that no reservation was ever received from ***********!? I thought it was HIGHLY UNUSUAL that a huge company like *********** would take my money for the room and NOT email Clonacody House to let them know that they had a reservation from a guest 3 weeks ago!! I'm a seasoned traveller and have been to many countries and have used *********** countless times and NEVER had an issue like this! Very disappointed with this lack of professionalism and cancelling me last minute!! I won't be recommending this place EVER!!
