Pristinely clean and a very classy space, located in a nice and quaint part of the city. Ideal for business travellers with meetings around the SCBD area in Jakarta. Service was impeccable, and the rooms are clean and spacious.

This property is located at the heart of the city and close to everywhere. Retro kind of room. But if you are a service oriented person, DO NOT STAY in this hotel. The reception do not reply phone callls, similarly, room service also don’t pick up phone. Have to go down to the Sofia Resto person to order food. They don’t give late checkout until 2 pm. Max until 1 pm free and after that charges apply, very rigid on this and it’s not a good idea. Bathroom accessories are nice. They don’t reply emails send to their address also. Breakfast is Alacarte and no fruits. Poor selection of food. I will not stay in this hotel next time.

Such a pleasure staying one night at gunawarman. Thank you for the hospitality. The staff was friendly. Since this is an ala carte system for breakfast, the staff explained clearly for the breakfast system. The room was amazing, breakfast was amazing as well. Surely will come back again.

A truly exceptional experience, from start to finish. Meticulous attention to detail, exquisite facilities and absolutely Incredible, friendly, well trained , professional and well mannered staff. Felt like I went back in time 50 years to an era where service standards still meant something. I even stayed in Jakarta another evening just to enjoy the hotel for another evening.

Nice hotel, nice room, nice ambiance, nice service. Our room got upgraded by mba Novi to a bigger nicer room. Overall, memorable experience. Theres lots of nice restaurant and bars nearby is a plus point Would definitely come back next time and we’ll recommend it to friends and family

Lovely hotel in the strategic location. I love this hotel near to the bussines district, and there’s so many option great restaurant near the hotel. Really great ambience with great hospitality from all staff. The front office welcome is awesome and restaurant server really helpful.

Best place to stay in the hear of Jakarta City Center ( SCBD )… Bintang 5 for Gunawarman staff Mr Kevin for assist me during my stay..definitely will be my future place to stay in Jakarta.. nearby ashsta district 8, a mall with plenty of suprise.. try bakerman for your evvening coffee and pastry
