Modern boutique hotel. Slightly impersonal. Room large and nice but generic. Balcony lovely with great views. Pool area never looked busy and was pleasant to look at from the balcony. Breakfast excellent. Great selection. Easy walk from the the train and to the main square with plenty of restaurants - worth booking on a Friday particularly. Cyclists please take care with the tram tracks … we saw a number of accidents. Integrated body and hair wash rather than separate shampoo and conditioner. Hairdryer ok.

Second time we’ve stayed. It’s just the perfect hotel in Soller. Rooms are neat, tidy spacious, comfortable, clean and with excellent AC. Breakfast is fresh and plentiful with great coffee. Pool area is great for relaxing or winding down after a busy day and the bar, whilst basic, ticked all the boxes we needed with cold draught beer, excellent chilled wine and lovely aperol spritz Staff are attentive and make your stay a joy

Lovely quiet hotel, in a great position, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Soller. Our bedroom was pleasant and spacious, with a terrace and fantastic view of the pool and surrounding tramuntana mountains. Great choice for breakfast. Good recommendations given for restaurants nearby; drinks and pizza available at the bar in the hotel. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Perfect holiday for my sister and I: we will definitely be returning!

This is our second visit to Cal Bisbe made special by Bastien and Arno who recommended restaurants to visit, organised taxis and helped with our choice of wine. We had room 305 which was extremely quiet and overlooked the mountains and church. The bed is extremely comfortable, dressing gown and slippers are provided along with a coffee machine and bottled water all free. The pool area is lovely and relaxing and very quiet. We were disappointed that the restaurant was closed, however snacks were available and breakfast had many choices. It is a few minutes walk to the square and station.

Very peaceful pool area with availability of sunbeds. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable with good balcony overlooking the pool. Very clean rooms. The style of the hotel with antiques is beautiful and it only a few minutes walk to the main square. The only downside is it is quite a long uphill walk to the available car park.

A beautiful historical property stylishly modernised. We had a lovely room with exceptionally large terrace. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were outstanding with homemade cakes & tarts as well as a wide variety of other things. Lovely pool & pool area. Great location within Soller. This was our second visit. We would like to return.

This is a nice hotel but they are just not trying hard enough! We normally stay in another hotel in Soller (more expensive) and I can now see why. The authentic Mallorcan style and interiors of the hotel are nice, rooms are basic but clean. Bathrooms a little outdated. Housekeeping of a good standard although we had the same pool towels for a 14 night stay. Sadly we were contacted by the hotel a few weeks prior to our stay to advise that the hotel restaurant would be closed. This was a big issue as the only offering therefore at lunch was a baguette or a frozen pizza! Breakfast was also really basic and unimaginative. Don't know why we had to give our room number every day for breakfast when staying for 2 weeks - do they have a problem with people coming in and trying to blag a free breakfast? There was a bar to order drinks from throughout the day when at the pool but you had to go in and ask the staff - no-one ever came around offering drinks. The pool area is very "snug" when all rooms occupied - sun-beds are basic and quite uncomfortable and parasols far too small for shading you from the mid day heat. I liked this hotel but with a bit of effort and charisma from the management team, this hotel could be great. Staff were friendly but had to be engaged in conversation. They could have come around the pool offering drinks throughout the day. A buffet/cold/salad/ lunch would not have been beyond the stretch of the chef who provided breakfast. When we checked out and paid our bill we were not asked if we had enjoyed our stay / had transport arranged to the airport. A classic example of lack of management direction (rarely saw a manager around) A nice 3 star at best but could frustratingly be so much more.......

Hotel was fantastic even before we arrived. Giving us all the details for parking etc. very easy access and meant we didn’t have to manoeuvre ourselves around the narrow streets in our large rental car. It was a 10 minute walk with cases but very manageable. If you have small child in a pushchair I can imagine it could be difficult. The hotel were great at giving alternatives if we struggled with the cases. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Great staff who were all extremely helpful. I know some guests didn’t like the fact the hotel wasn’t offering a lunch or dinner menu. To be honest there’s so much choice locally it wasn’t a difficult to find alternative arrangements. I did notice that the bar was offering pizza by the pool. Which was great if you just wanted a light snack. We’ve been coming to Mallorca for 9 years visiting and staying at different locations and we would definitely stay here again.

Incredible hotel in a beautiful setting. The facilities were of an excellent standard. The hotel employees could not have done more to make my stay as relaxed and enjoyable.
