Stopped here to get some sleep after flying into Birmingham airport. So glad we did. We were able to check ourselves in and was simple.

Good location close to M42, free parking onsite, easy access to reception check in was straightforward lifts to all floors and the room was perfect clean and warm.
self service for buffet breakfast good variety for every taste. would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

A shocking experience at the village hotel the room was dirty.
Long black hair everywhere in the shower.
The blinds were dirty the walls were marked and dirty.
I complained but nobody seemed bothered.

The hotel looks nice, but I paid for everything I got, meaning no value was added. I could not believe I had to pay for a gym in a hotel I was lodged in. I also had to pay to use the work area even though I was lodged in the hotel.
The breakfast I had to pay for, does not have varieties; I expected better.
